If I could leave a negative star, I would. My husband was referred for root canal therapy.
The Dr I assume put the crown on or at this point perhaps it was the rude staff. Crown fell off twice and as soon as he got home. He had to return to the office and it was put back on and he has gotten an infection every time. The first time was around Christmas. i called the office because he was in pain and no return call! So, we had to call another dentist that does respond and care about his patients! More money for Dr Bryans work. The last visit in February they lost his payment! They mailed us a receipt! So they called and wanted their copy of it, Seriously(I can't make this up, lol) Now he has another infection and was up all night in excruciating pain, no sleep! I call the previous office that helped him with the last infection and he responded immediately with be at the office at 8am! So, antibiotics, and 2 pain meds later. He is finally able to rest. Tomorrow he has to have this tooth surgically removed for 350 plus! Missed a day Of work and at 9:45 I called the office of Dr Bryan and asked to speak with a manager, they do not have one. I asked why they haven't called she said it's only 9:45. We had an exchange of words. She didn't like my nasty attitude and I don't like my husband suffering in pain nor her feeble attempt to make me feel bad! Dr Bryan has yet to call! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this supposed root canal therapy dentist at all! Thousands of dollars for infections almost 2 yrs now! read more
