The owner was only at the work site when I demanded to speak with him on the first day. Never saw him again accept for when he came at the end of the project to take photos with a drone. As I do this review, our repairs have still not been completed per agreement/contract. The subcontractors absolutely destroyed the soffit around my porch that will have to be redone now. Also, at a personal note they claim to be "patriots" and work hard for our vets, military discount etc. I am a veteran and none of that happened. Look elsewhere folks and save yourself some problems.
