Happy at first but they have changed management and now DO NOT stand behind warrantee. We have 2 patio doors that would not open. This was reported to them the first of November. After several weeks someone showed up and fixed one of the doors. The other needed some special part. After another wait they came and fixed (??) the door. It worked worse than when they started. It took 2 of us to open and close. We were training a new puppy so we used it many times per day. We have place several attempts to get someone out to fix and every week another excuse. We were told Danny was a manager who could help us. He told us he would have someone call after Thanksgiving and that the service people were out of Kanas City and the would be in Des Moines. We have heard nothing from them. What good is warrantee if no one responds. It is now nearly Year's Eve and not a peep from the company. A great product is only as good as the people who back up the product.

He required $7,500 of our money back in December and didn't do any of the work that was agreed upon. He consistently lied about timelines and when materials were ordered. His "staff" consists of someone who is out on parole without advising us that he would be in our home with our kids or with no one there. His crew did so much damage to our home and didn't complete the project. No apology and certainly no money back. No pride in his work or his crew's work. More details of our experience with him and this project: -didn't remove any light fixtures before they painted and mudded -painted and did flooring before they were done with mud and drywall -no insulation -no sheeting to protect our hardwood floors, big scratches that can't be repaired -ruined our garage floor, spent $300 on a new pressure washer and it still didn't come out -corners didn't match the rest of the house -locker was started but totally wrong and wasted all the wood that was purchased -Took our money for over 6 months before attempting to do work. -We paid over $2,500 to correct the project that he started and didn't finish. -multiple contractors have been over to look at the project to help us get out of this mess and said it was the worst work they've ever seen -Been promised a refund for over three weeks and now we've been ghosted. They do sloppy work and take no pride in their business. Do not work with Nick Winters for any project in or around your home.

In the summer of 2019 my area got struck by some very serious hail storm which triggered countless…read moreroofers from as far away as Texas the next weeks to flood the neighborhood. Amongst others, I was contacted by "A New Look" and "Superstorm", who suggested to take a look at my roof and issue me an estimate if they found any considerable damage. Both agreed that my shingles had sustained hail damage, so we talked about the next steps. During the course of our conversation - which was very detailed in the case of "A New Look" - I mentioned that I'd support only companies that adhere to certain business practices such as only hiring US workers or legal aliens. Both stated that they did not have any problem with that, but once I responded I'd ask for Greencards before work could start on my property, both "ghosted" me. Maybe though they simply were too busy with all their recent new customers. Previously I had the opportunity to watch "Deever" Roofing's staff work on a roof in a friend's neighborhood which I used to strike a small conversation with one of their foreman. I retrieved their business card and contacted their desk lady who arranged for one of their roofers to stop by my house and prepare an estimate. I was very happy with the numbers I was presented with and agreed to have the work done a couple of weeks later (it seems they're kinda busy, which I correctly assumed spoke for their quality workmanship) the day before Christmas. I already had my doubts if my roof would really be done by then, but lo and behold when I returned home that afternoon I was very happy to have my roof & garage roof done as well as ANY debris (one of my clients found tons of nails on his driveway once his roofer had left) properly removed. After all the work had been done I had two remaining questions I wanted to briefly discuss (one technical and one regarding another project around the house) and the friendly staff in a timely manner helped me with those as well. So, don't hesitate to talk to "Deever" - my experience is that they will listen and respond competently. Over all their workmanship and customer service deserves a 5-star-rating in my book and I would definitely recommend them to my friends. (Note: I met with Russ twice and was very happy with the job he and his team did!) BTW: Deever did not ask me to post any feedback, but after having been "ghosted" by the two previous* roofing companies, I wanted to make people aware that it does pay to ask for "Made in the USA" and it turned out to be even less expensive than those*!
