We paid squeejee squad of Des Moines $255 to have the inside and outside of our windows clean but…read morethe inside windows were left filthy where the window/doors slides aka the sills. When hiring someone to clean the inside windows, I was under the impression that the entire window would be clean and not the glass only. There are dirty drips on the frames, filth in the spots where the windows slide, dead bugs left on the window sill and they literally just left everything but the glass gross and dirty. The outside windows look great. They were fast and although not on time they communicated that they would be late and when they would arrive. Be sure to keep your quote on hand as they did try to add on an additional $20 for travel on top of the $20 we were already told. If I hadn't printed the quote, we would have paid $40 more than the original quote received. Update: they did offer to come back and do the sills the next time they were in our area. I declined but did appreciate the offer to fix the issue. They explained that sills are $2 per window/sill in addition to the cost of cleaning the glass. If I had known upfront it was glass only, I'd never have hired that part done. Outside the windows were perfect.
