I'm not sure if the below is normal for a wax at this price ($35, when many others charge $60+). Ask any of my friends and they would tell you I am not a high maintenance girl, but I'm sad to say that my visit was a very unpleasant experience. - The room was not decorated and the walls were quite scuffed up, but that's ok as I understand I am not paying premium prices. - The technician didn't ask if it was my first time waxing, and didn't provide me with any instructions before leaving me in the room to get ready (thankfully, I was already familiar with the process). - No modesty towel was provided while I waited on the bed with all my business showing. This was distressing because when the technician opened the door, there was another client getting her lashes done right outside. - Not only did the technician double-dip (re-use the same stick after it touched my pubic area), after she applied the wax she kept resting the stick on my leg, leaving sticky residue on my skin. - I don't need to be treated like a VIP, but overall, I felt like they didn't care if I ever came back again. I can say, though, that despite all this, they got the job done (got rid of the unwanted hair). But I don't think I can ever visit again... in fact, I cringe every time I pass by, which is why I decided to write this review!

I should've spoken up but I didn't. I think that the majority of the problem was that the stylist was chatting the entire time with someone else that worked there. She was not paying enough attention to me and hurt me. I contacted the manager who wanted me to return and was only willing to give me that one session on the house. I told her that that wasn't good enough for me and that I wanted my package refunded because I didn't feel comfortable going back. I never heard back after that phone call or the email I sent the company after the fact. In short, I would say proceed with caution. Make sure the person is paying attention and that they show you their markings before they start Threading. I did have one great treatment there but with the horrible customer service and terrible experience being cut in multiple places, I won't be going back. They should have handled this better. I am extremely disappointed.

I do wish she had placed a few more foils on the sides (only 3 were put on each side), but I assume that's what was included for the price I paid and I could have asked for more at an additional charge.
