I know I suck at describing what I want in a haircut, but Caitlin asked me questions all throughout the haircut to deliver me with the hairstyle I wanted exactly. The eyelash extensions were just as good as the ones at Wink. In fact, I think they are staying on for longer than the ones I got applied at Wink. It's been over a month now and I have yet to go for a refill. My 2nd visit was for a Day at the Spa package I got for my mommy for Mother's Day. She goes above and beyond for her clients, fitting me in more than once when I had an emergency and my ridiculous work schedule wouldn't cooperate. My extensions last a good six weeks before I need to get them re-done. I always get the Queen Set and Alannah completely customizes the lashes for you - through a couple of visits and experimentation on my part, we decided on alternating 11 and 12 length eyelashes in a C curl, my ideal lashes. So many salons don't ever give you a choice of what you want, they just slap whatever product they've got on you. She also packs in as many lashes as possible so the effect is truly transforming and somehow still very natural.
