I always get the Queen Set and Alannah completely customizes the lashes for you - through a couple of visits and experimentation on my part, we decided on alternating 11 and 12 length eyelashes in a C curl, my ideal lashes. So many salons don't ever give you a choice of what you want, they just slap whatever product they've got on you. She also packs in as many lashes as possible so the effect is truly transforming and somehow still very natural. She's also great to talk to and very personable, making the entire experience very relaxing and comfortable. She goes above and beyond for her clients, fitting me in more than once when I had an emergency and my ridiculous work schedule wouldn't cooperate.
