The atmosphere was excellent, very busy, but The Meadows and their employees handled the crowd with ease... my wait time to order and get my treats was less than 5 minutes total, my chocolate cone was fantastic and my Gelati was even better. They have quite an assortment of flavors, but their vanilla and strawberry are excellent. I have to drive a distance with them-( No, I'm not getting them anywhere closer), so I have to ask for 'flat tops' instead of their regular open ones, and they nicely hand me some with well secured lids. Eat in or out , the place is clean, and the people working are quite friendly. A bit pricey compared to other big names, but definitely worth it. Maybe a suggestion, if they could come up with a card for us Frequent flyers who go there often, it would definitely be put to good use.

All of the girls working were nice and professional. It seemed like one of the girls was in training, and even with this the service was great. Being that it was my first time visiting, I had a lot of questions about the menu. The girl cashiering was kind and willing to answer all of my questions, as well as give product suggestions. We both opted for parfaits with the vanilla custard - the Apple Pie and the Strawberry Pretzel. They were huge and so delicious!!! We also got a pup cup to-go for our dog, and he loved that as well. I thought the prices of everything were very fair, and it is a fantastic value for the quality of product received. In addition to the custard offerings, there is a gift shop to patronize. There is a lot of country-themed gift and novelty items, and it was fun to peruse while waiting in line to order. Well Yogurt cups are pay by weight so be careful, I ended up paying $11 for my cup but it was the best 11 dollars I have spent in a long time! They also have pint's of Frozen Yogurt you can purchase and take home.. There are also Ice Cream Yogurt sandwiches available. Need a souvenir? They even sell t-shirts with their name on it. The decor is quite fun and colourful. It has brought another element of fun into the Connellsville area.
