At that point, we were told it would be at least another hour before service would begin. I was with a large party, including two kids, and we couldn't wait that long on a Sunday morning of May 31. To make matters more frustrating, several other potential customers stopped by during this time only to be turned away. There seemed to be a lot of confusion and no clear communication about whether the business was actually open or able to operate, and the staff who did interact with us didn't seem very engaged in helping. I understand that technical issues and maintenance problems can happen, but as a first impression, this was disappointing. Based on this experience, I'm not sure I would make the effort to return to this location. The menu and pricing still look promising, and I would genuinely like to try the food someday, but it would likely be at a different location.

And as a bonus, a note on the cookie dough: it isn't those little dry balls of dough you normally see at the self-serve fro-yo bars.
