Dana and Carol gave us a handbook full of information, were organized, enthusiastic, obviously love what they do, and gave clear instructions. Sure - as a previous reviewer said, you can find the same information online, but having it demonstrated and being able to ask questions is invaluable, not to mention the socialization and fun that the puppies partake in. There is just no comparison. Training a puppy is a long term endeavor that can't be accomplished in a few classes, but the Byrnes gave us a great head start and foundation to build on. I wouldn't go anyplace else.

Our pup, Packer was having issues at Daycare with other dogs. For our specific needs, Kris was creative and extremely flexible to get the results that we needed with our pup. We went to a few dog parks, used his own dogs at our home and did multiple locations and environment changes for our training. Kris was able to explain things to us in a way that made perfect sense and never made us feel poorly for our lack of knowledge in certain areas of training. Within just a matter of weeks, our pups are more responsive to us and our significantly more disciplined. I would use Kris for any training needs of your dog(s). Both dogs are insecure and needed more direction and less opportunity to fail. The moment I contacted Brittany, she immediately made me feel that all hope wasn't lost and this could get better. We set up an appointment and she came in ready to make miracles happen! My dogs were also ready...they did not want to have anything to do with her. They were growling, lunging, snapping, and just behaving badly. Brittany stayed calm and reassured us that she wanted to see the naughtiness so that she could better help us.
