My 7 year old son has severe ADHD and is also on the spectrum which only exacerbate his horrible fear of dentists and virtually any other doctor. When his local dentist wanted to refer him out for "extra" work, I immediately became fearful of how this may go. After looking into offices that my insurance would cover as well as patient/family reviews, I came across Brush and Floss. At first I was very reluctant to travel all the way from our home (an hour and a half away from the office) but decided to give it a shot. We are now 3 months and 3 visits in and have had 2 extractions, 3 spacers, and 1 filling completed. I can not tell you how happy I have been with Dr. Gaddy and all of the staff at Brush and Floss. All of this work with absolutely no melt downs or the first tear. They have been so kind to us and every visit they make Joshua feel so assured and so at ease. They were great. Super friendly staff who were all great with my 3 yr old daughter. Everything was clean and very professional and kid friendly. Walls painted in characters and TV's above the chair for kids to watch. They put sunglasses on the kids so the light dosent bother them. The only thing I can say negative about them is they came with surprise payments. They weren't organized with that at all. I asked the nurse (?) What my cost would be total and she gave me one total then when I checked out I had a surprise fee and it was all different then the paper the nurse gave me saying how much my bill would be. When I asked the receptionist why the two were different she just brushed it off saying oh insurance will pick it up and she didn't seem to know for sure. Being a single mom I need to know I'm not gonna get charged later for this I'd rather pay right away. But as for the dental work they all went above and beyond to make my daughter feel like she was being pampered and not going in for dental work. read more

Had to change pediatric dentists due to a change in insurance providers. My nine year old daughter was a little hesitant to except the change since she had been going to her previous dentist since she was much younger. I always receive a professional and friendly response when I call the office, return a call to the office, or receive a call from the office so I didn't expect anything different when we visited the office for the first time. The physical appearance of the office was clean, warm and inviting, modern, tech savvy, and very accommodating for adults and children. My daughter loved the Starbucks beverage machine in the lobby. The dental assistant and dentist were friendly, answered all of my questions, and worked well with my daughter from beginning to end. When my daughter left the appointment with hot cocoa in hand, she said, "I like this place much better mom, change isn't so bad." read more

My grandson, 5 1/2 yrs old, had 2 cavities. I also got a 2nd dentist to look to make sure it was for real (hard to trust folks this day and time). He did confirm the diagnosis (and he did not charge me). The people at Brush and Floss Pediatrics Dentist were very professional with me, honest, and really made my grandson feel very comfortable. I did not know how he was going to handle it but they were so good with him. They had special names for all the things they used on him and it was all kid friendly!! I had not told him what was going to happen. They only told him they were brushing his teeth a different way this time. He never even knew they gave him a shot in his mouth. I have never been so impressed with the way they handled things and the way he was treated. I would recommend this dentist to anyone with children!! read more

Dr. Rob and his team are fantastic! My highly anxious 7 year old son wasn't able to get his care at his regular dentist because he panicked so much they couldn't do any work on him. So they referred him to the pediatric specialists here at Brush and Floss. The atmosphere here is amazing (different themed rooms with superheroes and other loved movie characters, TVs all over the wall and ceiling so kids can be at ease while being worked on, etc.), and it fully caters to deal with anxious children. Dr. Rob was able to get everything done in less than 35 min, all while talking to my kiddo and telling him everything he was doing, but telling him in a way that wasn't so scary. I had to cancel my apt. because of an unexpected trip out of town. The receptionist asked if I wanted to be put on a cancellation list in case someone canceled in the few days before my trip. I said yes please. Within one business day and they called me and asked me to come in the next day. My daughter was able to get in get everything done in one day. I was very satisfied with the care they gave her. The only thing I'm not a real big fan of his for their general cleanings and checkups the room is very open. There's no half walls or distinction between the one cleaning chair to the other. So you sit there with a bunch of other people and you can hear everyone talking about their mouth's history. read more

We love it here, it is a great space for kids, and the Dentists and assistants are Awesome! They have iPads in the waiting area. Open concept for regular check ups and cleanings and super heroes painted on the walls! Televisions on the Ceilings for kids to enjoy. The personnel is great with my kids. Wonderful! The dentist clearly explained everything and answered all of my questions. Excellent staff!! My 7 yr old was very scared to even walk in the door. Everyone was very kind and showed her the tools and made her comfortable. They let her pick a cartoon to watch on her personal tv and let her choose her flavor of toothpaste. Now she wants to go back tomorrow to get more "pictures" of her teeth since they are so sparkling clean. read more

Awesome visit! The staff was very professional and took great care of my 22 month old. Upon our visit, she was not excited about going to the dentist. But the dental assistant was very kind and patient. She was able to erase the nervousness of my baby and when the dentist came, she was in a waaayyy better mood. The staff was very friendly and informative. I also loved how clean the place was and how fast the wait was. I liked how they did not want to make my daughter feel unconformable with getting her teeth cleaned so they just did one side of her teeth and is going to do the other side in 3 months. Literally the only place you should ever take your child. They explained everything in detail but in kid terms. My child had to have a tooth pulled and literally had the greatest experience. The office staff is SO patient and sweet. It's clean and looks brand new inside. My girls look forward to getting their teeth cleaned and getting "tokens" to get tiny toys afterwards. They have a few little toys in the waiting area to keep them busy while waiting. I love this place. I would recommend it to anyone! read more

Very comfortable waiting area with play room and fancy coffee machine. Friendly and helpful staff. The superhero painted walls and tvs make for a fun experience for the kids. My 4 year old daughter had a great first dental experience and loved the tokens she got at the end of visit. read more
