We wanted that fixed ASAP and Mike was able to come right out and give us a quote! Unfortunately, it was on the top floor without roofing near it, so he would have to use a ladder, which added to the total cost. The window itself was around $100, and labor was around $200. However, Mike was willing to take on the challenge. He does only take cash or check and takes a 50% deposit before ordering the glass and installing, and since I hadn't known that, ended up mailing a check after we got our quote. About a week later, Mike called to let me know that the glass was in and ready for install that day! He installed the new glass, and it looks great. We're excited to have that fixed, and will definitely get a quote from Mike for any glass or mirror needs.

We were referred to Woodbury Glass by our window manufacturer, Hayfield Windows, to have a broken…read morewindow replaced. We followed their instructions documenting the window that needed replacing. After 4 months, they arrived with the wrong window. I asked if the correct replacement window could be expedited. The owner of Woodbury Glass, Noah Lamont, blamed us for providing the incorrect information when we had followed their instructions including photos of the existing windows, measurements, and date codes. There were no errors in the information we provided. Once we showed we had complied with their instructions, Noah Lamont then changed tactics and said we had resisted an onsite inspection when none was ever offered. If it had been, we would have been happy to have them out to our house. Noah has now told us he will not be replacing our broken window and that we need to find another contractor.

When one didn't fit, I took it back to Custom Glass with the right measurement. They Immediately cut it to the size I had measured--and AT NO COST. While there I got a ton of information--about replacement of glass doors on my shower that have hard water spots and the preconconcieved notion that glass could be recycled instead of trashed. NOT!
