I regularly visit them to satisfy a craving I've had since I first saw the big flat slices of Pepperoni and Cheese at the beginning if "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2: Secret of the Ooze"! YOUNGSTOWN PIZZA IS SEWAGE! It isn't, but clickbait is funny to me. I grew up in the shadow of Manhattan, and when I moved to the Mahoning Valley, I was NOT impressed with Ohio pizza. It wasn't cardboard & iodine like the repulsive chains, but it was thick, doughy & too saucy. In time, I did grow to appreciate the better local joints, but I missed the pizza I grew up with. Thankfully, I found Bruno's. This is the closest thing to a real NYC pie I've had since I moved out of an area of the country where the food is generally better, but the people are way worse. Thin crust, REAL cheese, quality sauce, fresh toppings, all of it baked to perfection. The good: REAL New York style pizza. You can't get a decent bagel or semolina bread out here, but Bruno's is the real deal that others falsely claim to be. The bad: Not exactly cheap, but a quality meal shouldn't be $8.99 and include free (alleged) breadsticks. read more

Woo! Totally a fan! I've been here 3 times now in, admittedly, a week. Probably not healthy, but ask me if I care. I had hesitated to check the place out when it first opened in the plaza because when I think "New York style pizza" I think thin crust, and that's not my thing. But, I decided to pop in and was surprised to find not just thin crust sitting out, but deep dish too, along with pepperoni rolls. Now, I've actually never had a proper deep dish, so, I was game. I grabbed a couple different slices to try and was on my way. I was back the next day. This time, I got more slices - and some for my husband too, who was sore that I hadn't gotten him any and I only let have a bite from one of mine (I was NOT sharing! It was too good!). We were in the plaza that weekend and I suggested we stop in real quick and then he could see the place for himself. They didn't have much out on the counter, and so he placed and order for a 12 inch deep dish - only took about 10 mins. Needless to say, we like the pizza. He's in love with the sausage/pepperoni/bacon, but I've been trying a bit of everything. It's seriously all been good so far. Not really a loser in the bunch. My only complaint really has been that there really isn't much on the counter when I've been in. I dunno if it's just the times I've been coming in, or what. But each time there's only been a few slices left of this or that. So, if you want something specific, you're probably better off ordering a whole pie. A note on staff, since I saw someone else comment on it... The kids are pretty wishy washy, yeah, but the adults are great. Really great attitudes and make you feel welcome. The kids are, well, kids. Have been here several times. Today the CASHIER was Rude and Condescending. I pointed at a piece of pizza I wanted and was told Please don't touch the Glass? I just pointed did not touch? Ask for the manager which educated me people break the glass? To have the CASHIER laugh and smile! I know right now it's hard to find any help at all But this was uncalled for. My relative worked for Scooto Pizza in the Eastwood Mall with the Owners of these locations now for years and I don't know why they would put up with this POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! read more

I love Bruno Brothers Pizza! It's always hot, fresh and delicious. I also really enjoy their salads and bread sticks. The people who've waited on me have always been super sweet and attentive. It's a great place to grab dinner on my way home from work or they have a little cafe if you're meeting a buddy for lunch. read more

First off let me say we are huge fans. I love the vatiety of crust styles you have daily. I do wish you had an email on your website to contact to avoid coming to the public view to comment. So tonight we were at the Austintown location. Walked in to order from the case and take home. We walked in and up to the counter. A staff member greeted us and it was pleasant. Then I realized as we were gazing on the case, all 3 staff members behind the counter were just staring at us waiting. I see a few issues with this. First off do you know how awkward that makes people feel. To just stare at them (3 staff members) and even more disappointing was the lack of salesmanship. You are not an order taker. You are a resource to help me know what are in certain items, provide recommendations, create a pleasant dialogue all while offer an upsale (which was offered) side note for later. To make matters slightly more uncomfortable I did ask for a moment to decide. They scattered like flies and I may have caught a hint of attitude from one member. Lastly remember that upsale, well he accepted the lunch special but you guys forgot his sauce. I expect this out of fast food not you guys. Like I said I enjoy your restuarant restaurant greatly. This pizza is Alright. Not enough sauce for the "Deep Dish" pizza's. Even when requesting extras sauce on the pizza, they don't do it. Pricing .. YEAH, WAYYY OVER PRICED! You'd think that you were in Italy having real authentic pizza for these prices! $3.99 for toppings?? C'mon! This is why I prefer the "mom & pop" pizza places. The quality and taste of the pizza is much better than these pizza chains, and they do not rape you on pricing. Bruno Bros. needs a reality check with the prices. I will not be going back. I can't justify paying almost $30 for a half sheet of pizza with 1-2 toppings. Ridiculous. read more

We have always been a fan of Bruno Bros until we started ordering from the Austintown location. We ordered tuna subs which are usually the best in town. These however were the worst tuna subs in town.I realize it's fish but this was so fishy tasting it was awful barely any lettuce or onions on it . Very disappointed not to mention that there policy on delivery changes every time you call. We will never go to this location again. Not sure who runs it but it certainly does not even come close to the other locations in quality and word of month is your best or worst advertisement. Would not recommend this one. read more

I waited in the store to pick up my pizza. Once it hit 30 minutes from the time I called and ordered, I walked up and asked if it was about done. The girl turned around and grabbed a box from the area where they put pizzas that are ready for delivery. "Oh, sorry...I didnt know it was there." I have no idea how long it had been there. While I was waiting, a man who picked up an order asked if they had crushed red pepper. The girl looked at him like he was an alien. He said, "You know, the kind you shake onto your food." She got a nervous smile, stammered a little, shrugged her shoulders and said that she didnt know. The guy walked around the corner and found them. Its not that she didnt know if they had them...she didnt even know what crushed red pepper was! I ordered a 16 inch with light pepperoni and paid $16.98. The pizza was really good, but considering the price and the complete unprofessionalism, I don't think I'll be back. read more
