Brunch Cafe was our favorite breakfast that we had in Italy! It is not a traditional Italian breakfast by any means and definitely appeals to tourists but isn't a tourist trap at all. If you've been in Europe a while and are missing your avocado toast or iced coffee, this is the place for you. They also had delicious Japanese style pancakes which were so delicate and fluffy, but so flavorful. Service is great and very friendly! Expect a wait any time before 1 pm, but so worth it!

The pancakes were excellent! It was my first time having fluffy pancakes and I would really recommend getting them at this spot. We had to wait a bit for a table but I'd go again! However I'd skip their cappuccino - it wasn't as good compared to other spots.

It's a dinner in Venice and it served its purpose. Food was delicious. I got an omelette with ham, cheese and red peppers with a toast and salad, wife got a croissant and cappuccino and daughter got the pancakes with strawberries. Fresh squeezed orange juice. Pancakes are made with a cream batter and not your typical American batter. Still very good. Service was fast and friendly and the ambiance was nice.

Food was delicious, highly recommend reservations unless you want to wait. Food comes out quick. Cute little brunch place.

This hip little breakfast joint in Venice is anything but traditional Venetian cuisine but for the American traveler who is looking for an American breakfast fix this hits the spot. Many gluten-free options are a nice bonus!

This cute spot is close to our hotel, so my son and I decided to try it out as we're American and need a substantial breakfast in the morning. We had fresh-squeezed orange juice, an Americano, avocado toast with poached egg, and a ham and cheese omelette. Everything was delicious! We liked it so much that we went back 2 more times and tried the Japanese soufflé pancakes which were tasty and much different than American pancakes (and so pretty!) Ryan from Texas obviously has anger issues for leaving that insane rant and a 1-star review of this place. Sometimes service can be bad in a restaurant, but 1 star for that is stupid. Grow up.

Fast, easy service. Took out order at the door, then sat down and didn't have to wait long for it to be delivered. Food was delicious. Restroom was clean. Staff was very friendly.

What a wonderful find! Brunch cafe is a quirky, delicious cafe with an amazing Asian flare. Think the fluffiest soufflé pancakes, delicious spiced chicken wrap, and perfect avocado toast with bacon, poached egg, and a hoisin type glaze on the plate. Super friendly service and great atmosphere. Such a nice change from weeks of Italian cuisine!

Amazing food, the best breakfast I have had in a while. The location is great, and the decor inside is very cozy and welcoming. The staff is very helpful, kind, and the speak amazing english as well. The food was 10/10. Great presentation and quality menu items. I recommend the pancakes with eggs and bacon. Must stop buy for breakfast if in Venice, and try to make a reservation if you can since it is popular.

Decided to try after seeing a review online. The food was. The cappuccinos weren't the best in Italy but good. I Tried the berry pancakes super fluffy and super sweet. The Service was just ok. The decor was cute and for sure would catch the eyes of kids.

    Gluten free tiramisu pancakes

Excellent food, friendly service and cute atmosphere! I have a daughter who cannot eat gluten and they had plenty of delicious options for her, including the Gluten Free Tiramisu pancakes! Everything was delicious! We hope to return for breakfast again before leaving Venice.

My husband and I ordered 4 flavors (2 each) but we should've just shared 3 instead. Order and pay at the counter, find a seat, and watch for your order to be done. Loved the wine options. The small space fills up quickly but we were lucky to find a spot for 2 by the window. It was a great spot to people watch the street outside as well. After, walk a few blocks/steps to Suso for gelato/dessert!

Instead of handling it professionally, a tall blonde employee immediately snapped at me, saying, "Why would you put your card down? That's not your bill." I apologized right away, but she continued to act incredibly rude--rolling her eyes, shaking her head, and talking under her breath while processing the refund. It only got worse from there. When I reached for a slice that had been placed in front of me, she barked, "No, that's not yours." At that point, I felt completely unwelcome and didn't even want the food anymore, so I asked for a refund so I could leave. She refused, claiming the pizza was already in the oven and that I "had to pay for it." She then tried to say I only ordered one slice, when I very clearly ordered four. The entire situation was handled in the most unprofessional, hostile way possible. There was zero accountability, no basic customer service, and the way I was spoken to was completely unacceptable. I have never been treated like that at any business. Save your money and go somewhere else.

If you go here, you're going for the experience and you should know what you're in for. They give you a heads up that there is a per person cover charge (8 euros) to sit outside and listen to the orchestra, but the orchestra is incredible I have to say. Just the experience of sitting at a beautiful, historic spot on Piazza San Marcos with the orchestra playing is something in itself. The menu has something for everyone, my husband got a spritz and I had a hot tea. Neither were the best thing we ever had by any means but again, you're there for the experience. I was disappointed the tea was just a tea bag that I had to steep myself. We did not have a reservation, just sat ourselves outside at a table for two. The menu is extensive but we were wanting to try the Affogato Florian and get something light for lunch, we ordered the Salmone affumicato del Circle Polare Artico. The Salmon was fresh and had a great smoked flavor, it was a serving enough for 2 people to share or one really hungry person! The Salmon was served with toasted bread and butter. The Affogato Florian came with hot chocolate and a cookie with the restaurant name on it - it was a nice treat to have for the afternoon and whether its cold or hot outside it covers the weather in any situation with hot chocolate and ice cream! Service was on point with the waitstaff in white jackets and were attentive. The ambiance was pleasant with antique mirrors and elegant furnishings - it was an experience to be had in Venice
