(With some large meals mixed in) Pasticceria Da Bonifacio is just the right place for espresso with a small bite of something delicious to go with it! I apologized right away, but she continued to act incredibly rude--rolling her eyes, shaking her head, and talking under her breath while processing the refund. It only got worse from there. When I reached for a slice that had been placed in front of me, she barked, "No, that's not yours." At that point, I felt completely unwelcome and didn't even want the food anymore, so I asked for a refund so I could leave. She refused, claiming the pizza was already in the oven and that I "had to pay for it." She then tried to say I only ordered one slice, when I very clearly ordered four. The entire situation was handled in the most unprofessional, hostile way possible. There was zero accountability, no basic customer service, and the way I was spoken to was completely unacceptable. I have never been treated like that at any business. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The Salmon was fresh and had a great smoked flavor, it was a serving enough for 2 people to share or one really hungry person! The Salmon was served with toasted bread and butter. The Affogato Florian came with hot chocolate and a cookie with the restaurant name on it - it was a nice treat to have for the afternoon and whether its cold or hot outside it covers the weather in any situation with hot chocolate and ice cream! Service was on point with the waitstaff in white jackets and were attentive. The ambiance was pleasant with antique mirrors and elegant furnishings - it was an experience to be had in Venice
