I've spent my stay-cation visiting cafés to evaluate for coffee, vibe, and work space. This place…read moreis an excellent spot: spacious with a large center communal table framed by individual two-person spots, friendly service, music that encourages a working mindset, and from what I see, food everyone enjoys. The problem? It's a sauna. Probably too close to 125 St train line to crack the door, the room is so hot! I almost didn't sit down, but wanted to give the place a try as I had been here during a winter weekend. The staff has one fan running from the back corner, but the lack of windows makes for an environment where everyone is productive and glistening. I've managed about 25 minutes to finish my coffee and get a breeze when someone enters but can't last much longer. AC must kick in at some point, and I'll come back

I've had the chicken yassa and it was so so delicious. I don't drink coffee too often, but when I need a pick me up, this coffee offered me a smooth energy, so I appreciated that. Some coffees make me jittery and feel on edge. The Moroccan mint tea is also great. The staff are very kind and accommodating. I love the atmosphere, and this is a safe place to visit again and again.

You got clothing, accessories like house colored ties, socks and hair bows, wands, housewares, books, toys etc. There's also a small section for New York exclusives like t-shirts, mugs and socks. Design is black and gold with the words Harry Potter New York on it. I got a pair of socks for $8.00....not bad. For those who live near a Universal Studios, you will see some items here that they also sell in the theme parks. There's also a small cafe area for your pastries and drinks. My friend got a mini sized "happee birthdae harry" pink cake + pumpkin juice. I had a sip of the pumpkin juice and it tasted like thick consistency apple juice. It's not bad but it's not something I would personally order. When it comes to the food items, think novelty over quality. It's good for the 'gram, ya know? There's one single bathroom is located on the second level. Be sure to check out the Dark Arts/green Slytherin room. Plenty of photo ops in this store.

Rupsi is the owner and she is so adorable; truly passionate about providing an artistic space that promotes good energy. I love that about her. Had the pleasure of meeting her during my visit. The highlight here is the coffee (of course). You need to try the Turkish coffee. I forgot what kind of latte I got here but it was great. The friend I went with got a chai and he loved it too. The design of the cafe is so intentional... the decor shows Rupsi's desire to have a space that radiates good vibes. I'm obsessed with the fact that she has in-house DJs playing to make your coffee trip a unique and pumped up one. I had to stop myself from spending lots of money here because the jewelry and accessories that she has in store are sooooooo cute lol.

They also have a little section where you can purchase jewelry, coasters and keychains just to name a few. There is some seating here to enjoy your coffee at. They have a few food items too, but I did not get food. I tried the Turkish coffee and an iced latte. The Iced latte was very milky. The Turkish coffee I really only got because it comes in a beautiful pot/cup. It is not something I would think I like but I was wrong. I liked it more than the Iced latte. I was shocked. Their cups they have here are cute as you can see in the pictures. It is a good vibes only place. If I am in the area I would deff come back and try out a different drink and give it another chance.

It is rare to meet people with such a zest and excitement for people and music! The atmosphere is cozy and the music as well as food is always wonderful! The food is made in an extremely small kitchen but with great care so be patient! All the food is Made to Order so make sure to place your order early in the show. There is never a cover-charge for music which is nice. The music is also extremely varied depending on the night so you are sure to find something you like. It is nice to hear such awesome local musical talents! You always meet wonderful and friendly people and can really appreciate the feeling of being in a small intimate cafe. They generally will pass around a money box with donations that go towards the artists since they aren't paid-nice to contribute if you can! Art exhibits on the walls always rotate as well and are for sale which adds to the unique decor. Give it a shot-you won't be disappointed!
