Don't be put off by the look of the place, if you go down, its a jumbled kind of shop with furniture all over the place, but seriously, who cares, because I haven't had this easy a time with ANY kind of repair, ever. Fantastic price, and good work done in a timely manner,, he might be the last guy left on the planet. Good work, Lords!

They immediately took the floor mat to their guys in the back, and I chatted with the owners in the meantime, who happen to be super cool, and extremely talented in their field. 15 minutes later, my floor mat looked brand new, and they didn't even want to take my money. They've made a customer for life, and I can't recommend them enough.

Jorge used to work for Raymour & Flanagan for 14 years and seemed to know exactly what he was doing from the start. I called and he said to send pictures, that he could come take a look for no evaluation fee. He charged me $320 to replace both manual recliners where the wires snapped on both sides. It was a 45 min job so it might not have been the best price but he did a good job and was very respectful and friendly.

BEWARE. I contacted this company for a new slipcover for my 90" sofa (with one long bench cushion)…read moreand provided the dimensions and details upfront. They gave me a written estimate of $225-$475. Based on that estimate, I paid $50 for an in-home consultation. The person they sent was a super nice, dog loving guy, but I'm honestly not sure why he came as he didn't even take measurements and we spent the entire time chatting about dogs. Their final quote? $2,600 PLUS fabric: $2,200 for the slipcover and $400 for pickup/delivery. No other professional I contacted said the sofa needed to leave my home. It's a slipcover. While he was here, I also asked for an estimate to replace a tiny 8.5" x 1.2" strip of veneer missing from one small leg of a standard teak console. Again, no measurements. Their quote was $560-$640 PLUS $450 pickup/delivery - potentially $1,090 for one tiny strip of veneer. The same thing happened to the other side of this console a couple of years ago, and I had it professionally repaired for $150. The repair person simply brought the repaired panel back. There was no need to haul away the entire console. For the sofa, I've received quotes of approximately $675 and $875 plus fabric elsewhere. Even Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams, a luxury furniture company, quoted approximately $1,440 INCLUDING Sunbrella fabric. And here's the best part: this company actually told me to ask ChatGPT and I'd see that their pricing was fair. So I did. I gave ChatGPT the sofa measurements and the specific sofa, which it found online. Its assessment? Their price was extraordinarily high for a replacement slipcover. So, thanks for the suggestion! If your prices are that high, be transparent about them upfront. Don't give potential customers a $225-$475 range and then charge them $50 to discover the real number. Save your $50 and get estimates elsewhere. I even posted pictures of the furniture so you could see for yourself.
