We needed bushes removed, fence installed and concrete poured. Initially, we were very happy with the work. The backyard patio installed was stamped concrete with a beautiful red - gray color. This work was completed in the summer of 2021. Between 1-2 years after the job was complete, the concrete started to chip, crack and crumble in many places. When we contacted Manny, he continued to communicate that he would come back and fix it. We have not heard from him again after multiple phone calls and text messages. I have served in the Aurora community as an educator for almost 20 years and I find ways to support local companies. I'm beyond disappointed this didn't work out the way I expected it to. You pay hard earned money and expect a job to be done correctly. If it is not, you trust a business will make it right. This was never made right.

He did come over once and promise to put a coat over the top and acknowledged it was done wrong but then never came back again or called us back that was over a year ago. I hate to even leave a negative review but we do not know what else to do, if you use this company do not trust them to do their concrete and ensure you sign a contract with a warranty. It truly is so unfortunate because otherwise I would have had nothing but great things to say but the pictures speak for themselves and does not even truly capture the damage.

I'm not normally one to leave bad reviews for a company but Trione's Landscape and Fencing is one…read moreof the most unprofessional and poor-quality businesses I have ever worked with. I had them redo some fencing, posts, and downspouts and everything was done subpar. Nate Trione and his staff were super unprofessional and I had to constantly be watching over the job as a plethora of things were not done correctly. I made the biggest mistake of letting him convince me to pay him before everything met my expectations, but he assured me would fix everything. It has been over a month, and I have been gaslit, no showed, and led on to believing he would come back and complete the job. The fence post for the gate they cracked the first time when putting it in, I had them redo it, and they somehow managed to crack it again. The downspouts leak and are falling off, plus the cut job was super sharp and is a hazard to cutting your skin when you touch it. Complete hack job. He also was supposed to fix my landscape area where the new fence went up and left it in disarray. When putting in the new fence, they forgot multiple nails at the bottom of the fence so everything was loose and looked terrible. He also forgot random tools around my yard and cracked the new gate again when drilling the top part in. I will also add he had to completely rebuild my gate because his incompetent workers actually destroyed it by cutting into the side. The new gate is also bad quality. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone as they do not good quality work, will take your money and not finish the job, and are extremely unprofessional. It has become apparent I was completely taken advantage of as a woman so I feel the need to warn others so they do not get themselves in the same situation I did.
