As for the service, again, very professional , and cordial. The assistant did majority of the work, and was careful to not inflict too much pain. Through the years I have gotten several fillings, cleanings 3 times a year, and great referrals. In 2025, the dental hygienist suggested that I get a deep cleaning instead of a regular cleaning. I get my teeth clean three times a year for the last 12yrs and have very little plaque. On an X-ray there were circled to small spots that had plaque that they sent to my insurance company that could have easily been taken care of with a regular cleaning. The deep cleaning is more expensive and has over a hundred dollars out-of-pocket cost. I told them I did not want the deep cleaning. After that, the office staff refused to book an appointment for me unless, I got the deep cleaning instead of my usual cleaning. I can afford it, but I don't like dental offices forcing treatment on me because it's more profitable for them.

Doctor and Dental Hygienist performed some other type of cleaning procedure which I was not told until checkout. (I did not notice anything different). At checkout, I was told that I had a Co-pay (and it was higher than my regular co-pay) for the procedure that had been done. I told her that procedure did not need to be done. I came in for a routine cleaning and was told I had 4 cavities. Two weeks later, I came back to have them filled by Doctor Kaur. After the anesthesia wore off, I noticed the resin around my fillings were not smoothed. They were jagged and sharp. Weeks after that visit, I still had pain at my fillings while I ate. At this point, I visited another dentist for an examination. I had Diamond Dental send the original X-Rays of my teeth. My new dentist informed me they didn't see any cavities in the original X-Rays taken by Diamond Dental. I was also told the resin from one of my fillings wasn't smoothed over correctly and had sealed to the tooth next to it (I couldn't floss because of this spilled over resin.) My new dentist smoothed out all of my previous fillings, fixed my bite, and totally replaced the one filling that had conjoined with its neighbor tooth. I say all this, because I truly don't want anyone else to have this experience. I wasn't able to get a refund either. With that, I will add that the receptionist was very kind both in person and during our phone calls. This is not to reflect poor service from the staff, but rather negligence from the doctor.

The dentist is consistently rude, abrupt, and lacking in basic bedside manner. Dental visits should not leave patients feeling uncomfortable or dismissed, yet that has been my family's experience. I was especially disturbed when my child had X-rays taken and the hygienist did not use a lead apron/cape. As a parent, that was extremely concerning and not something I was willing to overlook. The office itself is not particularly welcoming, and the constant turnover of hygienists and dental assistants only adds to the feeling of inconsistency. It is difficult to build trust with a dental team when the faces and staff seem to constantly change. There are also some obvious inconsistencies in the office's expectations. Guests are required to wear shoe covers in the treatment rooms, while the staff themselves do not all wear them. If patients and visitors are going to be held to a particular standard, the staff should be held to that same standard. The one bright spot is Cheryl at the front desk. She is consistently cordial, informative, professional, and helpful. She is the only reason I stayed as long as I did. Had Cheryl not been there, I would have left this office much sooner. Unfortunately, good customer service from one receptionist cannot make up for poor communication, an unwelcoming environment, staff turnover, and concerns about how patients--especially children--are treated. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
