It took me a while to write this review because I have been trying to fix the problems I had with…read moremy surgery with Dr Courtney and was very unsatisfied with the look of my body after surgery. I was regretting the surgery everyday I woke up and saw myself in the mirror. I had surgery with Dr Courtney in October 2023, I paid for a BBL, lipo360, Breast augmentation, ab etch, arm lipo, inner thigh lipo and he offered to fix my umbilical hernia during the procedure for free. Yes I know it was a lot but he assured me he would do all of it. I woke up from surgery and my arm lipo was never done. No one told me this after surgery, it was after I got my massage and the masseuse told me that I didn't have arm lipo. I was very confused and was unable to reach Dr Courtney and his team until the next week when they confirmed that he hadn't gone through with the arm lipo because THE LIPO MACHINE STOPPED WORKING. Really?? This made me very uncomfortable because I wasn't sure if my other areas were done properly as the machine stopped working. He asked me to recover from the procedure and come back to finish the arm lipo. My Breast lift/augmentation wasn't bad looking, thank goodness. Thats the only thing I would say i was ok with even if it could have been better. During recovery, I spent so much money on massages and I kept hoping the lipo360 would look as I expected but no difference I felt like I hadn't done lipo. Everything else was a mess and I was getting so frustrated. I finally was able to get back on his schedule in March 2024 and it was a complete waste of time. My ab etching was the worst. So ugly and left me with superficial burns in my stomach. My liposuction-Still not the results I was expecting and I'm not sure if the lipo machine worked this time but I kept waiting to see results and after I went to him at 3 months PO with no results he asked me to go loose weight. I was so livid. I finally went to Miami to Dr Moraidian and he snatched my waist and stomach flat. Something Dr Courtney told me would never be flat and I should go loose weight for. Please save your coins and go out of Texas or the US. This Dr will not give you the results you are looking for. The only patients that seem to like his work are his influencers.

And I couldn't be more thrilled with the results! Its like getting back my face that I once knew, and so appreciate seeing again. Pure genius, in how Dr McNamara uses the latest, more cutting edge injectable, and unlike other places that I have been, has a real eye for aesthetics in seeing and enhancing one's natural features. Every individual on staff is highly competent and offers great conversation and a welcoming personality. Dr. McNamara provides exceptional care. He is always on time, knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and kind. One of the many things that has impressed me is that Dr. McNamara has never tried to promote anything unnecessary or costly. In fact quite the opposite is true, he has steered both my husband and I to less expensive treatments when there were options, and has reduced or waived additional fees when I've come in for a check in appointment. When presented with a suggestion for a service, I was provided information to consider and the rest was up to me. No pressure. I also want to take time to applaud each of the amazing men I've had the pleasure of meeting in their various capacities (Dr. McNamara, Walter, and Jose), for each being dynamic, and highly skilled in their respective roles, and for also sharing the ethical and attractive quality of never fishing for insecurity in a person in order to push product or services. That quality can be far too rare in this industry. I really believe this to be a business that is an exception to that rule. It is a practice where elective services are client lead and based on the professionals truly wanting the best outcomes for their patients. These are just a few of the countless reasons that I feel blessed to have found them and I will keep coming back. The glowing reviews are absolutely accurate and exceedingly well deserved!

After going to at least six consults over the years and doing so much research, I chose Dr. Mohan and it was the best decision I could have made. The office is gorgeous but the people are what truly made it special. Dr. Mohan was so sweet and made me feel completely comfortable. I was so nervous for my pre op, literally shaking, and she and Amara made me feel calm and cared for. I cannot rave enough about McKenzie, Gretchen, Madalyn, and everyone else who helped me through this process. We were so well taken care of from start to finish. Melanie was amazing too. I got a peel and my skin looks incredible. I wish they were located in Scottsdale because I would be a regular. And the results. I am overwhelmed with happiness. The sizing is perfect, completely perfect for my body, and exactly what I hoped for but did not know how to explain. Dr. Mohan understood my vision and delivered it better than I could have imagined. She also made the incisions incredibly fine and precise. They are already healing beautifully and look so delicate that I know they will be barely noticeable. This place is the BEST. I will never go anywhere else for my boobs. **Photos to come

Given my fast metabolism, I conducted thorough research to ensure the procedure was worthwhile. Despite this, the results lasted less than a week and I was left with bruises for three weeks. The most frustrating aspect is that I paid a significant amount, only to be told no refunds are offered, but I could receive 25% off other services. This treatment of clients is unacceptable. I have numerous photos showing no change except for the bruising. I strongly advise against choosing this place. Look for a facility that prioritizes proper client care. I was hoping for a warm, welcoming experience that made me feel safe and confident in my choice. Unfortunately, after sharing my information, I didn't feel reassured or encouraged; instead, I felt like I was bothering the person on the phone. This left me uneasy enough that I immediately called back to cancel my consult. When I did, I was told I couldn't receive a refund, and the person I spoke to was curt and sounded annoyed that I called back at all. This review is not a reflection on the doctor, whom I never met. However, first impressions matter--especially in this field--and I did not feel comfortable or cared for from the very first interaction. As a result, I have no interest in moving forward with this practice.
