The "ethician" then cleansed my skin, there was no steam, no extractions, no machines, no eye makeup removal, nothing. Then layers of products. This all took approximately 20 minutes. Shortest facial ever. I found out that the person doing this was not a licensed esthetician, and that she was being trained by the owner. Then the owner does not know what a facial amounts to. This place may be good for other services, but not facials. Very disappointed. Awful.
