I have been going to Thu to get my lashes done for a little over a year now and I absolutely love my lashes each and every time. To back up to a year ago, I had been thinking about getting my lashes done, but was hesitant and unsure of the process and maintenance. I messaged Thu and asked her a ton of questions beforehand from...how the lashes go on to how long do they last? She took the time and made sure I was comfortable with the entire process. Excellent customer service in my book! Now, I cannot imagine not ever being without these lashes again. I'm addicted and love the artistry she puts into making my lashes look gorgeous every single time. I go and get my lashes filled every three weeks with her. The process is painless and I even doze off to sleep from time to time and next thing I know, she's done! Haha!! I get compliments all the time from everyone about how great my lashes look and friends who are envious. If you have been thinking about getting lash extensions, think no further...reach out to Thu and go get them done. Some women like getting regular manicures or facials, me...I like getting my lashes done. It makes a huge difference! One last note, she is well worth the money and reasonably priced too for the time and talent she puts into her work. This is her passion and it shows. She also offers other beauty services like microblading and tattoo removal if you are interested in those as well. I highly recommend Thu to everyone!!

I was running late due to unforeseen circumstances; and, upon calling, I was informed that although she offers a 10-minute grace period, I would be required to pay for the services again (since I would be ~15 minutes late) despite there not being any appointments booked after mine. I wish I had the opportunity to try out her services considering I am in need of a new professional on a weekly basis, but the inflexibility and customer service that I experienced were off-putting. Note: You pay in advance when booking online, and if the system glitches, the time slot will go away temporarily.

I randomly met Tiffany when I was getting my nails done. I found out she did facials and I needed a new esthetician. I took a chance and I am so glad I did. I will stay committed and loyal to her forever. She listened to my skin concerns. I have extreme dermititis and my skin can be very sensitive. She understood, she made sure I was fine with her process and how she did things. Her products are top notch and I haven't had a reaction yet. My skin always look better afterwards and I swear she reversed my aging. I'm in my 30s and my skin looks and feels better than my early 20s. Next, my lashes she does the best lash lifts. I read horror stories and what can go wrong if it isn't done correctly. My lashes stay hydrated and no breakage after it is done. The lifts last several months. Lastly, you can tell she is passionate about what she does and that makes the biggest difference. I know my esthetician loves what she does so I know my facials and lash lifts will always be AMAZING!!

I've been dying to get lash extensions done for months since most of my siblings and friends all have them but was very hesitant to pay over $200 for them. I tried researching so many places but everywhere was too pricey. My friend told me briefly about Tiffanie and her work thinking maybe I should give it a shot and I am glad I took the risk. For the very first time, I did not feel rushed during my consultation and she was able to give me her professional expertise. I've been getting my lashes through her for months now and I have to say this has been the best investment of mine! Since day one, I always look forward to my appointments with Tiffanie and will DEFINITELY NOT get my lashes done elsewhere or by anyone else. She will spend extra time without charging which I think is amazing cause nowadays everyone charges for every bit. The lashes will last for about 3-4 weeks without any pain, itch, or swelling on my lids which I thought was amazing. Overall, great person and great outcome! P.S. She is always booked so I literally have to book my appointments out for a couple months! (This is how I knew she was good since she is always booked.) Don't miss your chance with her amazing work! You will definitely not regret it. Her prices are definitely reasonable.
