customer service? none. accountability? nope if you want half as*** work done to your eyebrows and don't care if what you asked isn't what you're gonna get... then go ahead. goodluck because youre gonna need it read more

I went to get my brows threaded which I come here before but this time I added henna not knowing what I would get in to. After applying the henna she told me I can take it off at home in 20 minutes. She did not show me after threading my shape. I only saw when she applied the tint and said I can take it off at home , that is odd because as a service provider most of them have you there until finish to make sure you like especially when doing a tint ! I look and realized she did them curved my natural brows are arched ! I go back inside because I'm praying that after those 20 minutes something has changed . I asked for no boxy brows in the front part. I made very clear I want natural . Why she try to convince me these 2 brows look the same .... Look at the ends she missed a spot they are not symmetrical at all! Mam I literally wanted to cry she was very combative and argued back with me even started to record like what are you recording ? The ugly brows ? I know you lying rn like ....all I wanted was a fix for my birthday which is why I came back inside for a FIX/ I even went outside and asked a random lady next to chipotle she agreed because this lady kept trying to make me feel crazy. This work is so sloppy and the service is terrible. Let me know if I should post the videos i have full conversation. She was so mean to me like there is no reason to argue just please fix.... read more

Love love love how my eyebrows come out every time. Ever since they closed the Stockton location in the mall I've been driving to Lodi because I know they're going to do it to perfection read more

she messed up my eyebrows so bad and didn't give me the mirror after. I am so mad I'm going back there tomorrow to demand a refund!!! Just look at them they are horrible. she was also very rude! read more

Eyebrow Masters - Just look at my eyebrows. Absolutely horrible it looks like she only did one of them - Eyebrow Services Near Me - Lodi, California

I went there today and I absolutely love my results! I got my brows waxed and bought some eyebrow gel. Every place I go really makes them uneven or doesn't shape them well. I was reading impressed with my brows, and the lady showed me how to fill them in. Such great customer service! She treated me with such kindness!! Definitely going back! I'm also thinking of getting them threaded! I am extremely pleased with my results. read more

I have been going here for years now and they never disappoint. I'm extremely picky with my eyebrows and they never make them too thin. Highly recommend going here! read more

I have been going here for almost 8 years. I don't trust anyone else with my eyebrows. They always give me consistent results and great prices. Love love love the ladies here! read more

Always a great experience here. Staff is friendly and they do an amazing job on my eyebrows.

I've been going here for 4 years and I have really loved how they take care of you. They have a kind staff and helped me find a great eyebrow pencil that I've been searching for. read more

I searched far and wide for a good eyebrow threading salon before settling on this one. The ladies are really nice, have great skill with their art, and are always very detailed with their results. I've never had to ask them to go back over an area or point out hairs they've missed! I love this place and even though I moved I'll still make the drive to this location to get my eyebrows done. Also! Their 3 month package is great and saves me a lot of money since I go every two weeks. read more

Definitely the best place for brows we've been to in Lodi!! So glad we found a regular place. Thank you, ladies!

Got my eyebrows done. And my eyelids are cut up, nose as well. Asked for a refund and was met with resistance. I have been coming to this place for many years. Can't believe I've been treated like this. Especially all the excuses, the girl is new and young 16 or 17 years old..I trained her myself. Well I've seen her there several times before. So... Ok. But what about my face? She yelled at me and argued with me over the phone. Hung up on me even. Hope I get a refund. Like she said. Will not be returning read more

Every time I go in there I'm disappointed or don't even bother giving them my business as they've had me and my partner who's gone in there multiple times wait. As you walk in they're eating or talking and don't even greet you and make you sit for 10-15 min while they talk and eat. They must not care about money. read more

I used to come here all of the time, the lady would recognize my daughters and greet them but never me, she would act like she doesn't know me and barely say two words .... Most of the time talking to the other coworker or on her headset Also, would make negative comments about my acne which I am already very insecure about Anyway, I haven't come here in MONTHS due to being out of town for that time period I come in and there's two completely new employees and I sat in the chair and SHE WAS SO ROUGH with placing my hands in the right place and speaking so rudely and not polite at all Anyway I live so close by and found them to be easy access but I won't be giving them my business not once more read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. She (the one who is always there) waxed my underarms and on one side she went over the same spot multiple times. It didnt hurt too much in the moment but once she was done, it was on fire. The other side, I told her to not go over so many times and she KIND OF listened. I left with bruises under my arms. It's been a week and my underarms are basically scarred/burned where she waxed. You can see clearly where she waxed and pulled skin. My underarms will never be the same and now I'm embarrased to wear tank tops. Not only that but she was listening to my conversation with someone and I dont like that either. Burned/scarred underarms arent a joke. I couldnt imagine any other part of the body with this issue. Go somewhere else and dont chance it read more

I just moved back home from Scranton PA to Lodi CA and had my favorite place that I went to for the 4 years while I was on the east coast, but I have now found and even better place than where I was going out in PA! It was such a cheap price for getting my eyebrows done! I asked to have my eyebrows cleaned up and to keep them thick, and that is exactly what I got!The woman who did my eyebrows was very personable and sweet, she kept a good conversation with me, which definitely took my mind off the pain of getting my eyebrows done! The process was quick and I will definitely be coming back! Very happy with the entire process! read more

Customer service is excellent. They are always polite and nice. I always get my eyebrows done here because they don't over thread your eyebrows. I would definitely recommend. read more

I'm never there more than 30min and I leave with my eyebrows looking flawless. I've been going for 4 years now and I think it's great.

Been here many times before and usually had the same woman (name unknown ) do my eyebrows and she did a good job and did what I asked. Friendly. But unfortunately today she was not there. Well, I came in for a clean up after not having them done in over 3 months and the lady who did them did a terrible job! And I'm not being dramatic. I wish I knew her name but she's an older woman with black glasses. But here is my Complaint #1: Upon entrance, there were two employees and neither one was wearing a face mask. Not until I sat down in the chair to get worked on, the threading lady then puts on a face mask and latex gloves. Ridiculous. When you're in close contact with someone it is common sense to have protection on with this pandemic going on whether you have a customer present or not. Me seeing an employee at a business not wearing a face mask or covering during this time throws me off. I'm a germaphobe, what can I say. Complaint #2: After paying $10 I got to my car and pulled down my mirror and saw how this woman made my eyebrows crooked! My right brow was noticeably thinner and "flat" shaped compared to my left brow which was curvy ! How could this lady not see her mistake or even mention it to me?! So, I got home and even my family members were telling me how my brows were uneven. How embarrassing!!! I had to get my pluckers out and fix them myself! A few moments later, I called to ask for a manager and the woman who answered the phone said no manager was available and had no idea when she would be in.. So I asked if I can get a refund and she said no to come back and the SAME LADY who screwed up my brows could fix them... UM NO. Why would I have the same broad (that screwed my eyebrows up) "fix" them?? So obviously these people don't believe in refunds..They'll just keep telling you to come back. Complaint #3:This lady did Not greet me when I entered.. not so friendly. Not so talkative. But this place is clean..from what it looks like. Just needs to hire better employees who KNOW what they're doing I must say though................. I will NOT be returning. You, "Eyebrow Masters" of Lodi, have lost my business. read more

I used to come here all the time to get my eyebrows threaded, but I moved to concord and dont know any good places out there that do a good job without making my skin breakout. I drove from concord all the way here, which is nearly a 2 hour drive. When I walked in the employees looked at me and didn't say a word and looked at me like they were judging me. Thought that was weird because every time I've come here before they always greeted me with kindness. Then two other people came in after me and they greeted them very chipper "hi how are you doing" at that point I got up to walk out, and one of the employees who wasn't even done with her client said "I can help you ma'am". I said no and walked out. Worst experience here by far, that they didn't even greet me when I walked in and judged me. There must be new people here because both of them didn't look familiar and definitely did not show the same kindness I have been used to since this place opened up. Now I have a 2 hour drive back home, without my brows done and an important meeting tomorrow that I wanted to look my best for. Don't go to this place for any services. They don't care about their clients or people in general. read more

The first day I came there was a woman who sold me on the 3 month unlimited eyebrow threading membership. This girl said she typically works in Lathrop or Stockton. They were very courteous and excited when I agreed to the membership. However, when I go in once a week or bi-weekly to take advantage the Pakistani mid age woman who is typically working is so rude. She stopped greeting me, if she can have someone else help me she will, she pretends like she doesn't know me, and I can tell she is annoyed that I actually take Advantage of my membership. Many times she's gossiping in Urdu with her friends who visit her at work or on the phone as well. I won't review once my time is up? read more

This place is great! The staff is friendly, the price is right and the appointment is quick.

I have been a customer for quite some time now, and I must say that I have been absolutely satisfied each and every time I come here. Not only is the threading and the work that Sana does is amazing. But I leave feeling beautiful always.I highly recommend coming to Sana eyebrow master all your threading needs. And the customer service is phenomenal. read more

I came in at 6:47 with a friend and the lady told me only one of us can be seen for eyebrow threading. I said but you close at 7? She's like well I'm done, so only one of you. Do not give these people your service! I couldn't believe she denied me 13 minutes till close for a quick eyebrow thread! read more

I came here a few months ago and literally had half my eyebrow waxed off. I only asked for my eyebrows to be cleaned up. A properly trained person would have never waxed half of an eyebrow off. read more

I went here the other day. I noticed one of the girls. She looked to be quite young not sure any of the names, had gloves on. She went from one person to the next, handling cash and never once changed her gloves. What is the point of wearing them?? Gross! It was a choppy eyebrow job. Will have to reshape myself. I hope she reads this and realizes people notice things like that. I love eyebrow threading cause they always do a great job reshaping your eyebrows. But not here. I will not be back. read more

I get my eyebrows done here all the time . The staff is great and always leaves my brows looking fantastic. I'm always getting complements about my eyebrows. Definitely recommend . read more

I have been going to this place for about two years now and I've always been satisfied but I went with my sister today and the lady there was talking on the phone and she completely rushed though her work. She snapped the thread many times and ended up cutting my brows way shorter than they've ever been. When I told her I wasn't satisfied she was rude about it and I will NOT be coming back. Wouldn't recommend this place at all. read more

VERY unprofessional!!!!!! I walked in at 6:56pm today and lady in the front said sorry we are closed but there door is still open and there sign in the front says open... I checked online and there online hours says they are open until 7PM. The worker then says as I'm leaving you can come tomorrow.... ummmmmm no thank you with that type of customer service I will not be coming back or giving them my business anymore! If I could give 0 stars I would! read more

Horrible Staff.. I initially purchased my membership in Stockton where I began threading my eyebrows. Since I live in Lodi I decided to try this place.. Ive been here MULTIPLE times.. and most of the times I've left upset. The lady threading my eyebrows does not listen or care when I tell her I feel her hurting my eyebrow skin almost like a rug burn... She continues to do her job... my eye brows look good upon finishing.. until I wake up the next day and have SCABBS all over my eye brows and chin.... This happened one time DAYS before my Wedding... I was soo upset, fortunately it did not scar... Stay away from this place.. I've given them multiple chances. read more

Let's just say that I walked in with eyebrows (that just needed to be slightly cleaned up) and I left with barely any eyebrows left. I have come to this location manyyy times and it has been good. But today the service was terrible and I basically don't have eyebrows anymore. The lady doing my eyebrows seemed very distracted and was looking at someone else and having a discussion with her as she was doing my eyebrows. I also asked to get my upper lip done as well and it was barely touched. I was left with thin ass eyebrows (like in the 90's) and a lovely mustache. Neither of which were things I wanted. Honestly just disappointed because I used to come here whenever I needed to. Also I called twice to tell them about my dissatisfaction but there was no answer. read more

Horrible customer service.... the place closes at 7pm and I came in at 6:30 just to have my eyebrows shaped and threaded. Once I came in the girl told me that she was not taking any other customers because she was already 'closed'. Not to mention the fact that she gave me an attitude about it too. She could have just politely said it rather than put me on the spot like that. Never coming here again. read more

I go to this Salon regularly for my eyebows. Every time I am very much satisfied with the service. Threading is the way to go if you are looking for nicely shaped eyebrows even if you have sensitive skin. This is very clean and a very nice looking Salon. I tried to avoid going to places that are not salons due to sanitization reasons. All Salons are regulated by the California state board. I also notice all the technicians here wear gloves which I have not seen any where else.. read more

The owner if the place is so fn rude she's ALWAYS in a bitter @$$ mood and looks mad all the time I hate her so much. It's the only place in Lodi that does eyebrows though so I kind of don't have another option, she used to have a really really nice lady as an employee and she was fantastic, but I guess she got greedy and now she's always the only one there. I hate her she's rude, doesn't try and she messed up my eyebrows I will NEVER go back there again, I drive 30 minutes to go with my friends mom now. read more
