The color came out nothing like on the sample (which she corrected by putting one coat on top of a different color, which also looked nothing like the sample). The nails are somewhat misshapen, and she nicked me with the dremel more than once. When one nick began to bleed, she sprayed it with pure alcohol and glued it shut with nail glue. For $46 (more than the board said), I was pretty disappointed. Likely won't return.

Do not go to this nail salon! I came here on a Thursday as a walk in. I asked for a pedicure and a…read morefull set. When I asked about prices I was told the pedicure (basic) would be $40. The sign in the salon says a basic is $35. I asked about it and was told the prices weren't updated. No biggie. But then when I asked for gel on my pedicure the price jumped to $65. FOR A BASIC PEDICURE! No parafin wax, no hot stones, not even a callus removing balm. Just a quick clean up and paint. Then we get to the nails. I'm told I need to wait since the manicurist is having lunch. No biggie. But then I look over and see them having a full on buffet at the working tables. I am sent over to her station as there was no clean up at all from her lunch. The manicure itself was not good either. No nail soaking for cuticle removal or even cuticle removal at all. I show the lady a picture of a very basic French tip with a small line of glitter and she says she can do it for $60. Well once she starts she made my nails WAY TOO THICK. So I ask her to thin them so it won't look so gaudy. Then I noticed there were very noticeable gabs from where my nail starts in the cuticle to start of the dip powder. When I asked her to fix it she rolled her eyes at me and reluctantly did it. Then I look at my nails and notice the shape isnt what I asked for(square-round). When I tell her that she says "the picture looks like your nails" (sharp square) when I expressly told her I just wanted the same design not the same shape though. She was way too rough and at one point while filing the sides of my nails she did it so hard it broke skin and her reaction was to squeeze the hell out of my hand. It took nearly 4 hours for a pedicure and nails. Then to top it off, she goes to put a top coat before even adding the glitter and when I asked her she got mad and said "what glitter? There is no glitter in the photo." I then show it to her again for the 4th time and she says "oh. That will be $65 for the nails then." Like WTF? She didn't even do the nice little hand massage or cuticle oil or even lotion that 99% of places do after you get a full set. This place is a joke and so unprofessional. They try to reel you in by saying you get a "free drink" with services (wine, margarita, etc) but I wasn't even offered any. I had to ask for a water 2 hours into service since I'd been there so long. Spent $130 on subpar services. Never returning and if you care about cleanliness and quality service I suggest you go somewhere else.

She has excellent customer service and is willing to do the most for her customers. She is one of the best in town and her prices are incredible compared to anyone in town. Her facials are so relaxing and you feel brand new. With so many services she provides it feels like a personalized mini spa. Definitely recommended!
