Don't come here on a busy day the lady before me complained that they nicked her and they had person after person just working too fast or something.. not taking care of each clients brow. The next day I came home I noticed my brow has cuts underneath and she ruined my left eyebrow. I won't be coming back here for eyebrow threading. The first time I went a few months back and I wasn't impressed but it got the job done. I decided to go back to give it a second chance and I truly regret it. I came out with uneven brows. Both my friend and I noticed my right eyebrow is thicker then the left eyebrow and the shape is slightly different. Not to mention she missed several hairs and i had to finish plucking when I got home. I know I naturally have uneven brows but this was made it worse. At first I didn't quite notice because I was distracted by the huge amount of cut eyebrows hairs all over my face upon completion. She also did my eyebrows so fast it felt rushed and without care or precision. Had to write this review to remind myself I'm never coming back. read more

i've been going here for a little over two years and i've brought in at least three or four clients for this place and since i come in with those people it's evident im bringing business in. no complaints about the eyebrow service itself, they're fine every time. the issue is one of the workers (actually, i believe she may be the owner as she's always there and sort of in charge)has a bad staring issue it's extremely rude, inappropriate, and unprofessional. i feel extremely uncomfortable and confused when i find that she is staring at me. she is also extremely condescending in her tone of voice, very blunt with zero customer service skills. After my most recent experience bringing in my sister, I will never come back here again. it was my final straw. she stared at me the entire time, was rude in her tone of voice to my sister in regards to the payment options and fees, and stared at me up until i exited out of the door. Yes, the eyebrow service is decent but if you want an uncomfortable environment a judge-free place and professional customer service stay away from here. That worker needs to fix her attitude, they lost me as a customer for good. read more

A VERY overstimulating experience. There's always an employee's child making noise and crying, it's always hot in there and smells like food. I've had a woman do my eyebrows and her hands smelled like she hadn't washed them after eating. Like my eyebrows are OKAY but I dread the atmosphere so if that matters then don't come here. Eyebrow threading for less than 10 bucks?? Heck yes. Places like these are hard to come by these days. I asked the lady to re-shape my brows and to thin my brows a little and the lady did an amazing job doing that (I'm not an eyebrow expert so I don't really know what I want in terms of specific eyebrow shape, but the lady knew the perfect eyebrow arch for my face, bravo.) The lady was super sweet also; she felt really bad when I started tearing up while she was threading lol plucking unwanted hairs below the arch always get me. Overall great visit. Never thought I'd get my entire face threaded but I did it here for the first time for their special $25 deal. Seemed worth it if I was going to thread my brows, upper lip and so forth anyway. This was only my second time getting threaded so boy was I nervous!! The lady was very calm though and she did this at a good speed so not every part of my face was in pain LOL. I would say I have a high pain tolerance but when she reached the area below my nose and above my lips, I teared for sure. When she got to my brows, I asked her not to change the shape of my brows but to clean it up. After threading, she handed me a mirror to reassure me that I was okay with what she had done. She did what I asked and the results came out even better than what I was expecting. She handed me witch hazel to calm the redness of my face down. It was red for a good few hours but it wasn't too bothersome. Tl;dr: would recommend!! read more

Came in 1/15/22 @7pm worker was helping a customer and as soon as I walked proceeded to tell me that the business was closed. There is no signage posted stating early closure for the day? That is false advertisement and a waste of my time to watch the worker do her makeup in the mirror. She has not locked any doors or turned off any signs to state closure. I went here for some relaxation time my husband had gave me his credit card after a gym session to go get my eyebrows threaded and at the end of my service they said I couldn't use his credit card because he wasn't present despite showing proof. I just moved to Stockton and this was my second visit. I was so impressed with the first service (it must have been Pam). The shape and clean-up were on POINT! I was so pleased. I usually wait over a month to go back....because I like them on the thick side. Well, the young girl that did me today finished VERY quickly, she literally handed me the mirror in a couple of minutes. she said she just did a cleanup and we'll shape the next time. She took a chunk out in the middle of my eyebrow. I will definitely have to use makeup until it grows back. I look ridiculous! The clean-up in the middle is uneven. I'm NOT happy with today's service at all and the more I look at my eyebrows, the more upset I get! read more

**UPDATE** Jag the owner reached out to me quickly after reading my review and offered to rectify the situation. I returned that day and got my eyebrows done as well as my whole face threaded at a discounted price (courtesy of Jag) and left extremely satisfied. Pam's experience shows, every part of my eyebrows and face were done well and there were not any stray hairs or cuts. I will return to this business regularly to see Pam. This is my first time coming here. The staff were quiet and friendly, it is a very clean facility. I was helped by the younger gal not he owner Pam. My eyebrows were shaped very nicely but she completely neglected the top of my eyebrows (see photos) and middle section in between my eyebrows (unibrow part).
