Best thing I ever did for myself. Ludda is a master at her craft, recommend her highly!

I made an appointment for my mom back in May to get her eyebrows touched up with micro blading. I am extremely sorry I chose this place, I should've just went somewhere more professional. Not only where our needs and request not met, but when we contacted the business after her appointment we were ignored. I had to keep calling and texting. Then was told they didn't receive my calls and responded to my texts, even though I didn't receive ONE response. Initially we went in because one of her brows were extremely lighter than the other. We addressed this concern right away, needless to say, when my moms brows were healed, they looked exactly the same as when we went in. They looked horrible, she wasn't satisfied at all. Then we were told after paying $300 that we needed to pay $75 more to fix the issue we initially paid $300 to have resolved. This place is very unprofessional & does not care about customer satisfaction. I do not recommend, especially as a gift ... I was so embarrassed I sent my mom here for her birthday. I will add photos so everyone can see how bad her brows look . Not to mention the session itself was no more than 30 minutes and I knew something was wrong when it was done so quickly. She asked for a deposit which I was fine to pay but only offered apps to pay. I told her I dont use apps but I offered to bring her cash in the morning. She agreed and gave me the address. When I showed up the gate was locked a groundsman was nice enough to let me in but when I got to her suite it was locked and she wouldn't answer my calls or texts. I waited and waited still no response. I left but proceeded to call and text her. No response. My friend referred me to a lady that actually answered my call even though she was at a birthday party. I had been eyeing this service for a while but, never took the chance. I was recommend by a good friend and her results are fire. If I could give her 10 STARS, I WOULD!!! I have always had an obsession with eyebrows. I followed trends and unfortunately my eyebrows ended up being victims of the 90's "super thin" trend. Waxed em so much they hardly grew back. Since 2000, I had been drawing my eyebrows on, everyday. It was 30 mins of my makeup routine in the morning. I used Wunderbrow as it was waterproof and seemed to stay throughout the day. My sister told me she had an eyebrow tattoo appointment and I decided to go with her to make sure my sister came out with a good look and I wanted to see the process being done. I'm so glad I went! If I could give her a million stars I would.. where to start so I found her on Google I was wanting to get my eyebrows done for the longest having drawn my brows on since the age of 13.. now being 32 im just over it. I did my research contacted her and immediately knew she was the right person to trust with my brows.. initially we had set a date for my birthday July 21st well then here comes covid it shut the whole world down i was so sad but she kept in contact with me- some back story My boyfriend of 3 years was the one paying for this he put down a 50$ deposit for me as a birthday gift my birthday came and went i didnt try to go any where else.. in the middle of all this when it was finally time for my app shenwas back in business I got the text sadly I had found out my bf was cheating on me and I had to leave I was going through a hard hard time looking him my job due to covid and my apartment we had got together even the car.. I was down sad depressed at that point who cares about eyebrows Ludda text me so happy bcuz she knew I had been waiting and that it was a gift from my bf well I had to tell her what happened and let her know that I couldn't afford it even at this point.. now keep in mind I've never met her dont know her from a can of paint she text me back offering to do my procedure at no cost to me I broke down in tears she said I want to put a smile on ur face and give u something to make u feel confident in your fresh start.. I am so in love with my HYBRID BROWS!!! My experience with Ludda was amazing because when I went into her shop, I knew that I wanted to go dark and bold, but I didn't know what brow shape would suit me.
