I wasn't planning on writing a review but I'm just so disappointed. I came for an appointment on 05/17/18 it's 05/26/18, 9 days later and my eyelashes just keeps falling off. I've done lash extensions before, about a dozen times and I've never had this happen before. On top of that I paid more than what Sidney shops would have charged, 145+ tip. Upon getting the lashes she didn't even ask me the size nor length that I wanted. I'm very disappointed that I spent so much money for this to happen. Tiffany has been doing my lashes every 2-3 weeks for about the last six months or so. She is the best!! I appreciate that she takes her time and holds her work to the highest standard. Her spa room (I don't really know what else to call it?) is in the back of Indulgence Salon, but she creates a really relaxing atmosphere with soft music and a super comfortable table to lay on. Oftentimes I end up napping as she's working on my lashes and she very graciously puts up with my snoring :) My first time in I needed a super last minute appointment and she was able to squeeze me into her schedule right away. She is very easy to work with and has been stuck with me ever since! What I appreciate most about working with Tiffany is that she educates you about how to take care of your lashes. The first couple of times I had them refilled I did a pretty crap job at keeping them clean (and as a result it hurts the real lashes!), but then she taught me about using the cleanser and the serum - IT MAKES A HUGE DIFFERENCE AND IS WORTH THE MONEY. Plus, in the six months I've been getting my lashes done I think I've only gone through one complete bottle of cleanser, so it's not like you aren't getting your money's worth. I get my lashes refilled every 2 weeks now but they're usually 70-ish percent still in tact as a result. If you want nice lashes, you need to take care of them... so listen to her advice! Most importantly, her prices are reasonable. But again, the better you take care of your lashes the less it's going to cost you. If you don't take care of them and the majority falls out in three weeks (speaking from previous experience) it goes from being a fill to basically being a new set and you'll obviously have to pay more. If you're thinking about getting lashes, go to Tiffany. You'll love it!! read more

I have nothing but great things to say about Tiffany. Not only is she incredibly sweet and easy to talk to, she is fantastic at her job and goes the extra mile to make sure you are 100% happy when you leave. I've had two services done by Tiffany for a total of three visits so far - lash extensions and a facial (which also included milia extraction, something I would normally have to pay extra at the dermatologist to get done). Every time regardless of the treatment, Tiffany did a fantastic and thorough job, making sure I was comfortable the entire time. My lashes have never looked better and have never lasted as long as they do after seeing Tiffany - I still had 40% of my extensions left after a month! Even with almost daily pool/swim time and lots of sweating from the recent heatwaves, they held up amazingly. Overall, I cannot recommend her enough for all your beauty/upkeep needs! I found Tiffany here in Yelp. Tiffany was the first person to respond to me and she was available right away when I needed to get my lashes and eyebrows done. She was a quick responder, polite and nice. Tiffany performed lash lift and eyebrow waxing on me. LASH LIFT - $55 (Nov special), but regular price is $75 I guess This was my first time getting lash lift. When Tiffany finished, I still had a sticky unpleasant feeling at the edges of my eyes, so I asked her to wipe there, she didn't bother to clean the area I asked but told me: "That's just glue there". Well, if it's glue then you need to make sure that it's clean because it might cause irritation! Also this means she poorly cleaned my eyes. I didn't get a chance to see the result in details in that small room, but when I got into my car and had a good daylight I noticed that I had couple eyelashes in my left eye that were not lifted!!! I feel so stupid that some are lifted and some are not!!! This is such a poor quality job! EYEBROW WAXING - $15 Since it was convenient that she does all kind of services and she had available time. I asked her to wax my eyebrows. I had my eyebrows waxed a lot of times already, so this wasn't smth new to me. But this was the harshest wax on my eyebrows I've ever had. You know when you wax smth it feels less painful when you hold the waxed area after pulling the strip (kinda supporting that area with hand)? So Tiffany barely hold anything so it was burning every time when she pulled the wax. My eyebrows are hella red and hurt now. I will not come back to this place. I might have a poor knowledge of how lash lift works, but know how waxing works and I can tell that it wasn't performed nicely. Also fyi she accepts cash or Venmo payments. However if you want to pay by card, you have to pay $5 fee. What a rip off!!! Places normally charge $0.50, $1 or $2, but $5 is way too much! read more

All of these factors are helpful in the decision to choose her: her reviews are great; her prices are reasonable; there are lots of great photos here. They said she is nice, but in reality she is pretty awesome! The lift made a big difference, but naturally. Less mascara looks more dramatic. I was so glad I did it instead of extensions, because it is one & done. She totally agreed, and she has no problem saying that lifts are better. That is because regardless of siding with the customer on a less expensive service which requires no follow-up visits, she still has nonstop requests for extensions and their ongoing upkeep. Finally got my lashes done today and I was so happy with the results. It was my first time to ever get lash extensions so I was super nervous about getting them done. After today I can happily say that Tiffany did a wonderful job. I got the mixed lash set and I love them. They did sting a little at first application, but it was only for a couple of minutes and I believe this is normal for anyone whose never had extensions before. The salon was clean and Tiffany made sure that everything was sanitized when she applied the lashes bit by bit. When I first came in she informed me of what the procedure entailed, as well as the maintenance of the lashes after. She always made sure I was okay and comfortable. Don't be afraid to ask questions either ! She clarifies anything you might be uncertain about. I will keep updating on the durability of the lashes later ! But for now they look great! Update ! Two weeks into the lashes: Many lashes have fallen off so might need a fill sometime soon. The redness went away after a couple of days in. I did notice that a few lashes had started falling out just a few days after I had gotten them done, but Tiffany says that's normal! What I like most is that she doesn't rush! Went for a Brazilian, eyebrows wax, and henna brows. She thoroughly takes her time making sure her clients leave happy. With the Brazilian she was thorough to ensure no stray were left anywhere. My skin wouldn't absorb the henna (which isn't her fault), she accommodated the price based on the result I achieved which I appreciated. (Idk how many times I've left elsewhere unhappy and payed full price.) She tried her best reapplying but stubborn skin didn't take. She has a hydraulic table and can adjust to heights if jumping up may be too difficult. The salon and her room are well decorated and clean. She also ensures to give her clients privacy which usually isn't given in a Brazilian. I'm fine either way (as I've had many), but it's nice if you may be new to it and possibly shy. She also has a large private room in the back of Indulgence salon. Her prices are great and offers a lot of services. Friendly but calm, engages in conversation, never makes you feel rushed! I've been seeing Tiffany for my lashes for about 8 months now and she's amazing! She really knows her stuff and will educate you if you have any questions. I started off with eyelash extensions but she suggested I do eyelash perming instead since my natural lashes are long but not curled (at all - super straight, stubborn lashes). She also recommended the lash perming to prevent my natural lashes from thinning with the extensions since that's what the extensions were doing to me. She had me use an eyelash serum to help my eyelashes grow back & castor oil to strengthen again & it has worked wonders for me! The eyelash perming is the best option! It lasts up to 8 weeks and looks so nice. I don't have to maintain as much compared to the extensions. If you have long lashes but just not curled this is the best option. Or if not, try the serum she recommends to grow out your lashes. You won't be disappointed. And Tiffany's customer service is above and beyond! read more
