First off, let me just say how much I love getting my lashes done by Thu! Her work is high-end professional and she really takes the time to understand what you like and then she works her magic. I have been going to Thu to get my lashes done for a little over a year now and I absolutely love my lashes each and every time. To back up to a year ago, I had been thinking about getting my lashes done, but was hesitant and unsure of the process and maintenance. I messaged Thu and asked her a ton of questions beforehand from...how the lashes go on to how long do they last? She took the time and made sure I was comfortable with the entire process. Excellent customer service in my book! Now, I cannot imagine not ever being without these lashes again. I'm addicted and love the artistry she puts into making my lashes look gorgeous every single time. I go and get my lashes filled every three weeks with her. The process is painless and I even doze off to sleep from time to time and next thing I know, she's done! Haha!! I get compliments all the time from everyone about how great my lashes look and friends who are envious. I had micrcroblading done by Thu and am extremely happy with my results! I've always hated my eyebrows, and hated spending the time to make them look good (15-20 minutes). After having this done by her, I now spend no time on them and walk out of my house loving my brows! Thu is very detailed at explaining the process, making sure you get exactly what you want, very attentive on ensuring you're comfortable and happy with the end result, and very informative on aftercare. This review for Thu has been long overdue (8 months), but I wanted everyone to be able to get a comprehensive overview of my journey since the initial appointment. No words can describe how amazing Thu is and her artistry for eyebrows. Being the first male client of hers, i was a little anxious--I was worried my eyebrows would look too feminine-like and that it would come out looking like caterpillars. But Thu has this positive aura about her that makes you feel confident that you're in good hands. I initially showed her a picture of how I wanted my brows to look like (straight, Korean-like eyebrows) and that's what she gave me, but even better. As you can see from my photos, I had no eyebrows...well, that's over-exaggerating, but I had sparse hair with little to no hair at the ends of my brows so she focused a lot on the ends and did not add any strokes in areas with a lot of hair to make my brows look as natural as possible. She had shaped my eyebrows and her precision was impeccable!!! I was really happy to see that I had eyebrows when I first saw what they looked like after Thu had microbladed them. Although, there was one part of my brow where the color did not take, but that was fixed when I came back to my initial touch-up (December 2018) and I was more in love with how they turned out after my initial touch-up. They looked so natural and full!!! Fast forward to 8 months and my microbladed eyebrows still looked fresh. Throughout this time, I would see my dermatologist for facial cleaning and one time I had told her to be careful with my eyebrows because I had them done and I didn't want her to rub any products on my brows. Her reaction was "What? Really?!?! They look so natural" and she proceeded to inspect them much closer. To be honest, no one ever suspected unless I verbally told them I had my brows done. Thu did such a wonderful job that I could go for a couple of more months without my second touch-up. People continuously complimented how full and nicely shaped they are and I cannot express how thankful I am for Thu's artistry. For the second touch-up we decided to do a little bit of shading at the ends of my brows and a little microblading for my inner brows. At first, I was a little skeptical about shading because I did not want that make-up look, but it turned out better than what I anticipated. As always, it looked really natural and I am pleased with how they turned-out. Microblading itself was tolerable, I know it may sound scary, but Thu always asked how I was feeling throughout the process. Thu made me feel comfortable and she was super friendly. She always informed me of the steps that she was going to do next, informed me of exactly what she is doing to my brows, and informed me what she think would look best and asked for my opinion--I love that about her. Not only was she caring, but she was very accommodating with scheduling appointments. There were multiple times I had to cancel because of work and she was more than willing to reschedule me. For example, this second touch-up, she came in on a weekend just for me--like, not many people do this and the fact that Thu was willing to see only one client shows just how much she values her clients and the work that she does. You will never feel like Thus is rushing. She really takes the time to layout her work and she is so patient. Thu is amazing and I definitely think you should give her a try. Like some people who cheat on their hairstylist, I will never "cheat" on her for someone else to do my brows. Lol Like I initially stated, no words can describe how thankful I am for Thu. She boosted my confidence with new brows and I will continue to come to her. Fellas, it's okay to get your brows done, but get them done with Thu only. Haha read more

Thu is awesome! I got my eyebrows microbladed by her and I absolutely LOVE them. She gave me the exact shape I wanted and she matched my eyebrow color perfectly. The initial touch up was included in the price so that was really nice. I also get my lashes done by her and I get compliments on them (and my brows) ALL THE TIME! I was still getting compliments from coworkers the day before my fill at 2 1/2 weeks. All her services are totally worth the price - you get what you pay for. I was recommended to Thu by my coworker. I had complimented her on how nice her eyebrows looked. I wasn't aware they where microbladed until she told me. I was nervous at first, which is normal ! Thu is very precise with the shape and she makes sure you approve of it before she even starts the procedure. I can't rave enough about my experience with Thu! I previously had micro blading done a couple years ago by someone in San Francisco. I was disappointed that the color had changed. I've been getting my lashes done by Thu for quite some time now and I swear she is the best! I have very little and fine lash strands but Thu truly works her magic and make them so full and fluffy! I get compliments all the time that I can't even imagine going anywhere else. Her place is very clean, cozy and comfortable.
