I went in for a gel mani and pedi with foot spa service. The nail tech that took care of me was Julie. She was really great! Julie did an excellent job! She was very attentive to my needs and how I wanted my nails done. Andy, the other Nail Tech and Julie were both very nice, accommodating and pleasant! It was my first time going here. Andy received me as she was doing a pedicure and asked me to have a seat. She probably took about 15 minutes to attend me. But once she had me in her seat. It was fast and a great experience. I noticed they have their frequent customers so I personally suggest you go in with an appointment. I had gone to natural nails and they wanted cash only. Love the quick personal attention I get when I come here. They continue to offer the 25$ pedi & manicure special. The place is not elegant, it is simple but comfortable. I appreciate the massaging chairs when I get my pedicures. I don't usually do appointments but they are accepting of Walk-ins. It is rare I wait a long period of time to be seated when they are busy so I usually stick around and wait. I also found if you go during the early business hours of the day it is typically a certainty you'd be seated immediately. read more

just discovered that this place does eyebrows & facials as well. andy did my eyebrows in less than 10 min. she was very attentive and her technique reduces the pain as much as possible. not only does she waxes eyebrows but also pays special attention to any fray hairs so that your eyebrows come out perfect. afterwards, i decided to get a facial. andy was very attentive and while her coworker was working on other customers, andy made sure to pay special attention to me. the facial was the best part of my day & my skin came out smooth, clean, & relaxed. read more

I visited P & T today on my lunch break for a quick waxing. On the note of "quick", I will first say that the staff was fast to get me seated and ready for my wax. I was hoping they had hard wax, but this is your run-of-the-mill nail shop, so I wasn't complaining. The ladies were friendly and good about understanding my concerns of skin irritation and such. After all, I would go back to work after this and did not want to be pink and red everywhere. They applied a "cooling" solution and some aloe vera to my skin afterward. I appreciated that. Price was VERY reasonable compared to what I could have spent at a trendier spot. I tipped the staff and was on my way, with enough time to spare on my lunch break. Thanks, ladies! read more

I've been here 3 or 4 times. I get shellac and a pedicure. Pros: my nails last longer than from any other salon!! (And i ride horses!) sooo affordable. Andy is very friendly and nice and thoughtful. Cons: it isn't a elegant salon inside. And there is usually only Andy and one other girl there to work on you. Making an appointment doesn't really make a difference because of that. Overall. I can't believe this place has 5 star ratings... I walked in here today at about 10 am it's a Friday. There was only 1 person working and she was doing another girls nails, she told me 5 minutes was all I had to wait. So I picked my color and waited for about 15 minutes which I wasn't mad about at all. When she started doing my nails it took her 30 minutes just to remove my old shellac. Afterwards, I was expecting a manicure but instead another customer walked in and she told her it would be 10 minutes which wasn't going to happen since she hadn't even started painting mine... so she painted my nails as fast as possible and didn't bother to ask if I wanted my cuticles done. Well now (an hour later) my shellac is all shriveled up and peeling off. Are you kidding? Yeah it was only $15 but at least have them last for a week. I'll never be returning here. it's nasty inside, the owner needs to hire more staff. and at least make a nail salon an enjoyable experience. read more

Don't go there!!! I went there yesterday after work, and I was so dissapointed. She was the on;ly one there, and doing a pedicure when I came in. She left her customer to work on my nails. I was getting a fill...she was such in a rush that my nails were done in 20 minutes. They looked horrible! I had lines all over my nails...she cut them and didn't even file them. First of all the girls are awesome! I called because my sister was coming to town and I wanted to taker her out and do something nice. However she was only coming for one night and had to leave early the next morning. Anyway I called to see what time they closed as it would be cutting it pretty close to their closing hour, and she told me that as long as I walked in the door by 6:59 she would take us no problem.
