The lady left my eyebrows very thin and uneven. On top of that she was on the phone the whole time while assisting me.

I love the service and I recommend Mandana she does such a great job! She is also very welcoming and kind.

Nancy is the best. My eyebrows are different shapes and she makes them look similar. Something no one else has been able to do. The lady with the glasses, do not go to her!! I have been here numerous times but today was the last! Nancy did my eyebrows today(if that's even her real name which I doubt it). I walked in and she was on the phone. First thing I tell her as I was sitting down was to please only do the bottom and that I did not want trimming. She goes "yes yes sit down". Continues talking on the phone and the first thing she does is grab her scissors and starts trimming my brows. At this point I'm freaking out wondering if she even listened to me. I let her continue. She does one eyebrow and I stop her so I can check it, then I tell her it's fine and I did not want anymore trimming. Meanwhile, she's still talking on the phone, she does the other eyebrow but at this point I also had to stop her because she's now moving her way to the sides, after I had told her no trimming and to ONLY do the bottom. She dares to get mad at me and tells me "why do you come here then" I get up from the chair and ask her why is she on the phone the whole entire time and that she didn't listen to me in the first place when I told her plenty of times NO TRIMMING and to ONLY clean the BOTTOM. She tells me that she was talking to her lawyer. I don't care who the hell she was talking to I just needed her to listen to me because I'm a paying costumer!! I asked her for her name which took her a few seconds to tell me therefore I think that's not even her real name. I proceed to pay her meanwhile she's still telling me why do I even go there for and that she's fifty years old she knows what she's doing blah blah. Worst eyebrow place ever. My eyebrows are uneven and to top it off the lady who threaded my brows was on her phone the whole time.

Just recently moved down to poway and haven't seen any threading places so I checked the mall. The price here is really high compared to other places I've been like in Riverside or Temecula. They charge $12 while House of Beauty had charged $8. First couple times they were rude, but yet to find a cheaper place. This last time they took forever, talked on the phone while threading and doing a shitty job, and double charged me and changed the amount of tip. The worst part is she gave me attitude because I came back and said that they did that. Do not go here at all. read more

BEWARE! The people here are so rude and unprofessional, I am appalled! My sister and I went in today to get our eyebrows done and from the moment we walked in there was a huge lack of professionalism. One of the women was even napping on the couch they have for waiting clients! My sister and I are Italian so we have the thick, dark Italian brows with very defined arches. We had our eyebrows done at the same time by two different women. We told them we just wanted a little clean up but then went all chainsaw massacre on our eyebrows! The arches on both of our eyebrows are completely gone and our eyebrows are straight and very skinny. We went back for a refund and were yelled at by the women saying that they don't do refunds and that we have "crazy eyebrow hairs" whatever that means. When one of the women didn't want to listen to us she literally said "whatever" and walked away. I am a paying client and she should have listened to what I had to say. I am appalled by the rudeness and disrespect these people have for their clients. I honestly don't know how they've managed to stay in business for so long. read more

I tried this place for the very first time a few days ago. The staff is not that warm, and you will not get the warm and fuzzy when you walk into the place, but they are genuinely nice people. The lady that help me did a great job with my brows. I have never tried threading and I think I prefer this better than waxing. It did not hurt at all and the process was fast too. The price is reasonable, and I will be coming back regularly for ongoing maintenance. They got the work done, and at the end of the day, that is all that mattered to me. read more

I came today to get my eyebrows done and it wasn't even busy the lady was not friendly at all and she kept talking to her friend that was waiting to get something done. She totally messed up my eyebrow because she was not paying attention. Never coming back here. This is the last time we will come here!!! My daughter and I have now had 3 back to back horrible experiences. The brow specialist doesn't listen and continues to destroy eyebrows by giving no shape and taking waaaaaay too much off. My daughter's eyebrows are completely ruined for her homecoming! I wish I could get my money back. My daughter tipped, because she was raised to tip for service, but this bad of a job does not deserves a tip and actually should get money back. So upset! read more

They do okay with eyebrows but they are not friendly at all. They are never really busy since it is in a mall. As soon as I walk in they just point at a chair and I proceed to sit down. As they are cleaning my eyebrows, they don't say a word. Not even a warning that they're gonna start. Even after it was done, they just charged me and that was it. After I went home, there was still some hair that I had to pluck. They're good at shaping but not the best with cleaning. They definitely work fast though. I was in and out in like 5 minutes. This place is not friendly at all. The moment you walk in you are greeted with dirty looks. I have been in a few times and EVERY single time there is always one woman on the phone, never wanting to help customers. The first time I came in, I thought she was a client. It wasn't until my next visit that I realized she works there! I came in she was sitting on the couch talking on the phone making customers wait and the other employees having to do all the work. On my next visit, I came in and there was already people waiting and the one talking on the phone told the other girl she was going on her lunch, leaving her to fend for herself. I asked the other employee if chatty Kathy was the owner and that I had noticed she doesn't like to work. She said no and that this was an issue at their shop. Why doesn't she get fired? If any of my employees sat around to gather a paycheck they would get replaced real fast! read more

I have been going here for a while and I was very happy with the way they did my eye brows. I always make sure I ask for just a clean up because I like my eyebrows not to thin. Today however I went and said the usual but I wanted a little shape to my eyebrows the lady doesn't really pay attention to what I was saying and starts threading. She starts going in deep conversation with the other lady working who was doing my friends eyebrows and was barely looking at me I felt like. Anyway I look in the mirror after she finished and my eyebrows were very thin and it was really disappointing because she could care less on how upset that made me because it wasn't her face and eyebrows take a while to grow back. There has only been a couple times I go in there and the lady asks and listens to what I want my eyebrows to look like. So I highly recommend going somewhere the people actually listen and care.
