I am so obsessed with Brows Concept- the owner, Jackie, comes and does a consultation with you before creating your-perfect-shaped brow. The older I get, the thinner these eyebrows become (like HI why don't other parts get thinner with age?!?! Damn you, Father Time!!!). So this woman and her colleagues are AWESOME, because omg I feel young! Yee haw! Mission Accomplished! Photos are direct before and after a today. PS. It only took an hour. Love it.

After seeing a friend's brows and finding out she just got them done, I booked an appointment. I've been wanting to get my brows done for awhile since mine were non-existent and I couldn't pluck them anymore because they weren't growing in anymore. I first heard about Jacki and her work through some girls at my gym. I saw their brows and knew I needed that on my face too lol. I had decent brows naturally after having to grow them back from years of over plucking, but they still needed to be filled in with a pencil to look as full as I wanted them. Now I just wake up with perfect and natural brows. Jacqueline has been doing my brows since she first started here and she does a great job. You only feel a light scratching but for the most part the numbing cream does its job. I love the ombre powder look much better than micro blading. Even after a year, my brows still look perfect before a touch up. The girls at the desk are helpful and answer any questions you may have. They take before and after pictures and text them to you before you leave. They also texted me after the initial procedure to ask how I was doing and if I had any pain or complications. I also get reminder messages when it is almost time for an annual touch up which is great because I would forget. Greatest decision I ever made!

WOW. If you're like me and you have seen the trends online for years now. Microblading, ombré, powder, etc.. but honestly the thought of permanent make up can be scary. The experience I had yesterday at threw every possible worry out the window. Jacqueline was my artist. She was kind, personable, and professional. This girl really knows what she's doing my brows are beautiful AND it was a painless experience. I can't count the amount of times I was checked on to make sure I was comfortable. While her talent and expertise is unquestionable, her rudeness to me when I had to cancel an appt (well within her 72 hour cancellation policy) and requested my deposit back, she became rude and texted that she hoped never to see me again - $75.00 for a $250.00 procedure is 30% - I don't mind paying a fee if it was last minute cancellation or the fee is a reasonable amount. Be AWARE - if you are late to an appt - you will pay an extra $75.00 for her to take you or to reschedule, as you will lose your first deposit as well.

I got my brows done by Jacki in early June and my experience was nothing short of amazing. I was really nervous about the procedure because my eyebrows are naturally very blonde and thin and I wanted them to look full but natural so I wouldn't have to fill them in everyday. I had the best service at Brow Concept! Earlier this year I had a horrible botched Microblading service in Arizona. I was nervous to have my brows redone but I really did my research and found Jackie's post procedure pictures to have consistent quality so I jumped on it! Jackie is a true artist! Just had my annual brow appointment and I have to say I probably didn't really need it, but I want to stay on top of it. My ombré powder brows are the best self care decision I've ever made. So glad I was referred to Brows Concept! What a difference from my thin, over plucked eyebrows from the 90's! Horrible professionalism, my mom booked an appt for a touch up was pushed to send deposit quickly. Then had to cancel due to unforeseen reasons and my mom requested her deposit back according to the 72 hour cancellation policy and Jackie insisted keeping deposit and applying later but my mom couldn't commit to that and requested her deposit be returned. Jackie then continued to insist on keeping it to apply later and when my mom said no she refunded it with a comment of hope to never see you again. That is beyond unprofessional for a business person to say because someone holds them to their fine print. She might be great at what she does but lacks in professionalism based on this and she has lost me as a client as well and the people I have referred to her and who my mom has referred. The brow game is a big one and there are others just as or more talented who would treat someone with common decency. This upsets me because my mom is a senior and this is NOT OK! I would give zero stars if I could. read more

Wow! Jacki and her entire crew are amazing! From the initial inquiry untilmy appt. they were very professional. Jacki came highly recommended by a friend of mine, and now I know why. Her technique is virtually PAINLESS. yep, I was so comfortable during the whole process, I almost fell asleep. They make sure that you are very comfortable from beginning to end. I've been wanting to get my eyebrows done for years but I was always a little nervous so I never committed to it. Then I had a friend get hers done recently and then another friend at a different place. After reviewing Jacki's Instagram and seeing the results for her clients I decided to book an appointment with her. I'm so glad I went with them. Jacki is very professional and once you meet her in person you'll see she's hilarious and she definitely puts you at ease. Her team is very sweet and professional as well. The initial outlining is somewhat painful but it's over quickly and it's not really that bad. The rest of the procedure where they do the shading is basically pain-free. Overall it was much easier than I expected it to be and I look forward to seeing the end result once they're all healed. So far I love them and I highly recommend Jacki and her team! read more

Jacki and her team are amazing! I had a bit of nerves coming in but there was very minimal to no pain. They made me feel very comfortable and were all super informative with the questions I had. The outcome of the process was amazing too. I finally have eyebrows! She made them look super natural and the shape was exactly how I wanted them. They will look thicker and darker the very first day you get them, but that is all part of the process and will fade to an even more natural look. I recently went to BrowsConcept and met Jacqueline. She was so sweet when I first met her! The place was so cute and clean. This was my first time getting my eyebrows done so I was really nervous about the pain. But they made sure that I was comfortable and continuously used a numbing cream to make sure I didn't feel any pain. She answered all my questions and provided me with the Aftercare instructions. I have struggled with little to no eyebrows for years. Jackie was recommended to me by my cousin. Who told me at the time it's a little bit of a wait for an appointment. Jacki-Le is amazing! I found her on Instagram and loved her work. To my surprise she was having a great special so I had to take her up on the offer. When I came in she was very welcoming and complimentary. Her salon was very clean and inviting. She was personable and professional the entire interaction. She may not have a lot of reviews on here but her work speaks for itself! She's very particular with her craft and I appreciated her taking her time on me. I requested a specific look and she didn't start until she had traced the exact shape and style I wanted. She's a perfectionist and that's exactly what you want when someone is applying permanent make up. She cared just as much as I did about the outcome.The procedure didn't take too long and I felt like I was in good hands all the way through. Afterwards, even after supplying me with aftercare instructions and samples she texted throughout the week to ensure I was okay. Weeks later she did a complimentary check up and everything was going great. I came back for my touch up and my brows still looked great. I received daily compliments on how great they looked! Ok ladies let's be real. You're on this site for a specific reason. You need a brow salon close to work or your house. Let me speak volumes right now.......I do NOT live close to this salon. I plan my day around Jacki because it's a road trip for me and she and her girls are beyond worth it!! I get amazing brows, great laughs and detail-oriented attention! I started with Jacki as most do, "walking billboards" in my life and when I realized they too took the road trip to see her I HAD TO be a part of it!!! I was very hesitant to have my brows done, obviously it's my face and i didn't want it messed up. Jackie was amazing and very reassuring, sending me pictures of her work and making me feel at ease. At the salon the staff was so friendly and bubbly, very welcoming. Jackie explained exactly what she was going to do, and her technician was very kind and had no issues answering my crazy questions throughout the process. They made the process painless with their numbing technique which made the experience so comfortable. They have checked in on me the next day, making sure everything was ok and ask if i had any questions. Best customer service and the quality is spot on. I have wanted my brows done that was semi-permanent for a while & 1 day I was shopping in a store with my friend & the sales rep who helped us had just BEAUTIFUL, clean lined brows I couldn't stop staring which I'm sure made her think I was crzy I complimented her on her beautiful brows I asked her if she did her own make up for her brows, what make up & she laughed & told me NO this is semi-permanent & professionally done, right then & there I had to know where she got them done at & I was excited it was right in the Sacramento area, in Elk Grove called BROW CONCEPT! I contacted them 1 morning just to get some information & owner Jacki was amazing, kind & patient was so up-to-date on procedures & gave me information on any questions I had & eased all concerns. I am a scaredy cat not good at tolerating pain & she said the new technique is less painful no more cutting into your skin called micro blading, at the end of our conversation I booked an appointment. I got procedure done 9/28/21 it needed a touch up 5-6 weeks later FOR ME bcuz I was nervous, scared & anxious after all it is a part of my face everyone will see it & is semi-permanent. Jacki understood my anxiety & did my brows gently & light handedly so after 5-6 weeks skin healing time we did a Touch up usual not needed for most of her clients that weren't freaking out like me My touch Up 11/05/21 & done by Jacqueline who is amazing. I got the Full Ombre' Powder Brows and I am loving it so far. Although it will change in the next couple of days, I have a good feeling the end result will look great (already scheduled my touch up appt)! Jacki is professional, confident in her work, and knows what she's doing. Throughout the whole process she was very kind, responsive, and made me feel comfortable. One thing I truly appreciate is the fact that she took before and after photos of my brows and kindly sent them to me afterwards, as well as following up with me the next day to see how I was feeling. All I have to say is wow!!!! I have followed brows concept for years on IG and finally mustered up the courage to get my brows done! I wish I would of done it way sooner!!!!!! I have done my research with brow artists in my area and honestly was so scared that I would be that one person they would mess up on. I went to someone in San Jose who told me my face was crooked and they couldn't do anything with my brows. My confidence was shattered to say the least. I came to Jacki and she said, "no way! For a few years, I went back and forth with the decision of getting my brows done permanently. My brows have always had uneven shape and were sparse. So I've been contemplating on going to Jacki since 2019 and I've searched all over for the "right" style and person I wanted. I came to the conclusion the Jacki's work and style was the best. Scheduling with her was super easy although she is booked and busy I knew it was worth the wait. Her office is immaculately clean and she has such a warm and spunky personality. I'm very particular about the style of my brows and I just gave her an idea I wanted but I trusted her with what she thought was best. Jackie is definitely the best eyebrows microblading artist in California. I drove 8hrs to her shop and 8hrs back home and it's all worth it. She's very good, thorough, perfectionist, sweet, nice lady. She is very good at what she do. She makes sure the shape is the right shape for your face. I was browsing through Instagram and came upon an ad about microblading, ombré and combo brows. What caught my attention is one of the many photos that was advertised. The detailed work whoever this particular artist did on the person in the photo looked great and their Jan/February intro price had me at HELLO! I already had ombré tattooed brows done by someone else in Sac but was never truly satisfied with the work. And for the price I paid, over $400 and that was over 3-4 years ago (where it wasn't popular with this trend); it was not worth it. My ombré tattoo didn't match my face shape and the arch and style was waaaaay off. I ended up drawing my brows with makeup afterwards which defeats the purpose of brow tattoos. I know eyebrows aren't suppose to look like twins, instead they look like sisters but Man, mine looked like distance cousins instead. It Took me a years to find someone who can uphold what I wanted for my brows and that's where Jacki came in the picture. I texted her and she replied back immediately. Send her my current brows and talked about what I wanted, ect. I sent a $50 deposit to secure my appointment slot via Venmo. I had a good vibe from Jacki the entire time and was looking forward to my appt. Initial appt was estimated for 3 hours. But it took less. She wanted to give me more time to do a pre consultation of the brows and she recommended what is best for my face and what I already have. She made sure she didn't want to rush the appointment because she wanted all her clients to feel as comfortable as possible and not have to worry about her not giving the best work/ efforts that she upholds. I trusted her within 15 minutes of meeting her, which is uncommon for me when it comes to strangers. You can tell that she is passionate in this field and she also cares and respect her client's wishes. She took her time measuring and drawing in the type of style that would work best with my face shape and my old brows. She would redo it a few times to make sure it's up to par and reached my expectations. The entire tattoo process was the smoothest "tattoo" experience I've ever had. I fell asleep!!!! She numbed the brows and would consistently ask if I felt any sort of pain. I love her work and cannot wait to see the end result after it heals. Also, she would text you periodically to see if you're experiencing any after pain and check up on your brows. I paid $250 total (not including tips). I already referred my aunt to her because Jacki is the greatest!! She's going to fix the botched eyebrow tattoo job another place in Elk Grove did for her 2 years ago. We Can't wait! read more

Jacki is amazing!!! I cannot express how happy I am with my brows. I have seen Jacki three times and she has been so patient with me. Yes, I said three sessions because I like my brows extra dark. The first session, my eyebrows were the perfect shape but lighter than I wanted. Jackie explained that we can always go darker at the touch up session and so forth. The following session, which was the touch up session, my brows were even better and more defined. Since I wanted the tailor my brows to be darker, I went in after six weeks following the touchup session to get it darkened. Jacki darken them to my liking and did not charge me for the third session. I am super happy about my brows and rarely wear makeup now. Yes, I have makeup on in the attached photos but honestly I have no makeup on my brows. Having ready brows have save me so much time and not always having makeup on, my skin is so much healthier. I was bummed to hear that but she said it was only getting worse so I took the appointment. The week before my appointment Reno got a massive snow storm and I was afraid I wouldn't be able to make it. Jackie said she was booked till May if I had to reschedule so I knew I was going come hell or high water. Day of my appointment, the roads were clear and so was the weather so I made the two hour drive to her shop. I arrived early and she let me in to get numb. The shop is decorated beautifully and extremely clean. I filled out paperwork which was very informative and thorough. She got to work on my brows. The process was truly painless. On a scale of 1-10 it was a 1. I could feel it but it didn't hurt. She asked about my pain level and comfort numerous times. Super concerned and thoughtful. She is a perfectionist. Her work is a walking billboard on your face and she makes sure you're representing her well. She worked quickly and efficiently but made sure everything was even and perfect. I was sent home with thorough after care instructions. She advised me to come back for a touch up in May before I move down South. I'm sure I can find someone down South to do my brows but I would definitely consider flying back 2 years from now when it's time for them to be redone. She is worth the wait if you're considering her. I highly recommend it. Her pricing is reasonable. She's more concerned about the quality of your brows and them looking natural rather than the money. If you're coming to her for a look that's exotic, she might not be your girl, but her alternative to making your brows look amazing and natural will be better than your exotic desires. I don't wear make up or even fill in my brows but when I get them threaded I feel like a new person. So I knew I could invest in brows. I'm so happy I did. Jackie doesn't microblade. It took me a few years for me to decide to get my eyebrows done I did a lot of research, look at different places but nothing convinced me until saw someone that had the perfect eyebrows. I did ask her if they were her natural eyebrows she said no., she said she got them professionally done.. I asked her where and she told me She got them done at Brow Concept.. again I kept thinking about getting them done but finally I decided to take this step. I found Jackie through a recommendation from a coworker. Her IG showed the beautiful work she has done and I loved seeing her stories of happy clients pop up every day.. The day of my appt I was nervous because this was the first time I've done anything like this before. I think Jackie could tell right away that I was nervous because she instantly began talking to me and made me feel very comfortable, so it helped calm me a lot. When she got started, I was very surprised that it wasn't that bad in regards to pain. The numbing cream helped a lot. Exceptional service! Jackie is by far the best. The best experience from start to finish. It is definitely worth the wait! From our first conversation, to booking to sending me remainders for my upcoming appointment. To greeting me at the front door, and making me feel like I was the only client she had. I was super anxious as I had seen her work and it's exceptional. But I still did not know what to expect, as far as, was I going to like the outcome on my eyebrows. Just had my brows done yesterday by Jacki and one of her students. It was such and great experience from the moment i walked in. They were both so nice and welcoming. I really felt that Jacki took her time to ensure that my brows were perfectly aligned before they started the process. Jacki outlined the brows and Jacqueline did most of the shading. I was asked multiple times if I was in pain (and I was not). It was not painful at all, which was great. I had scar tissue from pervious (BAD) microblading and they focused on correcting that. I have been texting her back and forth for almost or close to one year but one thing she assured me is I can't get anything done while am still nursing my one year old, immediately I was like hmmm she's very genuine she's not all about the money but her clients well been. So I finally booked an appointment ( Easy ) the place is so beautiful clean and well arranged. The ladies are very easy to talk to. Me and my mom tried this place because we have been interested in ombre powder for a long time, and you know, there are a lot of people who don't know what they're doing so it took me a while to find a good place and then I came across their Instagram and their eyebrows and work were amazing! Me and my mom had our first appointment about a month ago, our healing process wasn't bad at all and our eyebrows barely faded. Jackie is so funny and her crew is very professional, this place was great from start to finish. Me and my mom actually just got our brows touched up yesterday and they look even better! After getting my eyebrows done back in 2016 after my battle with Breast cancer , and the chemotherapy took my eyebrows. The person who tattooed my eyebrows did not do a good job and used red ink . I have been very hesitant to do this, because of my autoimmune disease. But I am so glad that I decided to have it done by Jackie. My friend did a good job in researching the different places and had her's done by her. It took a while to get an appointment because she's very busy, but it was worth the wait. They were very professional and the atmosphere is relaxed. The process was a breeze and she walked me through it because I was nervous. It did sting a bit but you get the local anesthetic before and in between the procedure. Mine was 1 hour and 30 mins. She was very reassuring and I love the result, including my husband. I purposely did this review a year after so I would be able to experience the "wear and tear" of this new set of brows. Jacki is very detail oriented. She checks and rechecks her work. She aspires for perfection for every brow that she do. I have referred so many friends and coworkers in her place and everyone had come back very satisfied with her work. Cathy was very knowledgeable, wonderful, and truly listened to what I wanted. She took her time to map out and make my eyebrows even and beautiful! She was really precise with the mapping process and I didn't feel any pain throughout the shading. A high quality service for a good price especially compared to other artists I looked into. It's clear she has a lot of experience and cares about the quality of her work. I'm so happy to have the brows I've always wanted! I also ended up taking the 1 month beginner course. I'm so glad I decided to take this course! It was really beneficial that it was one-on-one because I feel like I got very personalized training that allowed me to go at my own pace, and really feel like I could get each technique down. Part of the course also covered how to start and grow your own business which was a great addition. I even got to end the course with me getting to work on a live model with Cathy by my side to make sure everything went smoothly. I felt that Cathy was genuinely supportive and wanted me to succeed every step of the way! I definitely recommend the one month course to anyone looking to get into this as a beginner. I couldn't imagine a better trainer or course experience!!

I came in today, 6/4/26 at 3pm, and I always go here to get my eyebrows done and they always did it…read morewell. I never had a designated person that does my eyebrows because they always did it well. Today, someone else did my brows and I don't recall them ever doing mine but I had high expectations since everyone who work(ed) here were good. But this lady messed up my eyebrows. As you can see, one is thinner and one is thicker. I came in for a clean up and it doesn't even look like they cleaned it up. She also didn't ask me if I wanted aloe vera, she just put some without asking. I've been going to this place since 2021 and every time someone did my brows they asked if I would like some and I said yes every time. Not only that, after she put aloe vera, she continued to do my eyebrows.

I have given this so many chances but this was my last straw. The technician did not do a clean and…read morethorough job cleaning my brows but she was extremely aggressive and reckless treading my eyelids to where I lost patches of skin. I was bleeding and had to stop mid session due to being in so much pain. The photo is two days after the appointment so you can see scabs healing over the open wounds. They do not care about their craft and they definitely do not care about their customers. BE AWARE!
