Wish I had consulted them before dropping my wheels off. Multiple people from town told me their parts came out bad. Poor craftsmanship on the powder coat job. Bubbles, debris, crators you name it. Asked to speak to the owner he was too busy to come out. Would've tried to work something out along the lines of just sandblast it off and I'll pay for that, couldn't get a word in, would've had to wait even longer for them to clean up their mess. They need to do a better job of controlling their employees quality. Had a friend get the same thing done on his same set of wheels from another local powder coater and his job came out way nicer for $100 cheaper. Don't get powder coat here.

Why give an estimate and have me drop it off if you knew you can't fix aftermarket wheels? Unbelievable waste of time. if you have aftermarket wheels, do not bother. UPDATE: they'll return your wheel with no valve core so it doesn't hold air!! Genuinely unsure whether it's incompetence or malice. horrible shop.

Had them do my bedroom floor. Upon completion noticed large steaks through the finished floor. They agreed to return to correct the issue. They agreed to move a light bed frame from the room as it was too bulky for myself to move. Upon arriving they call me to say they won't move the bed frame thus they can't correct their defective craftsmanship and if I want them to return I'd have to pay all over again. I refused to pay again to correct their substandard work. Currently taking them to Small Claims Court to recover my money as well as damage to my furniture and electrical panel. Brazil Floors also damaged brand new furniture due to carelessness. Additionally they damaged my electrical panel which they tapped into to with their floor sanding machine. The owner made no effort to remedy the situation and was very nasty and dismissive. This is a crap company that does even crappier work. Stay away.

They refinished my hard wood floors however they needed to put transition pieces in two if my four entryways. The floors from tile to wood were not even but my other existing entryways were made to transition smoothly. They told me they could match. 1. They put in a small piece and told me that the tile was uneven and they don't cut tile.? 2. When I showed them the photo of what the other two entryways looked like and they told me they could match ( they are a flooring company) They didn't show up for 3 weeks and put down a beveled piece which looked a bit better but was cut uneven and they never stained it came up in four days because they used glue to secure it. The fit has gaps and is uneven. Not a smooth transition at all and does not match the other two entryways from the same foyer. I made the mistake to pay in full after the told me they would correct the three entryways. Do not pay them in full until they complete the job. They were very persistent in getting their money on the last day. I have made several calls and no one has returned my calls. It's unfortunate because the floors came out nice.
