Then when he called me in to give me the shot he continued to chastise and berate me in the closed room. Said he will not give me my shot if he has to look for me again and would not stop he assault of me and continued ranting at me even when I said -you have made your point please quit talking to me like this. He gave me the shot with no warning and then flung open the door to dismiss me without giving me time to put my sweater back on. It was horrifying. If they had not already processed the $200 payment thru my insurance, I would have walked out and never looked back. I was not wandering the aisles, I literally went to pick a single product off the shelf and was within war shot of the pharmacy area and he was with another client when I stepped over to get the product. The rage he had and the continued ranting -you would think I had been Christmas's shopping all over and not immediately available or that I had been holding up other appointments- but they were still checking in the person behind me and had not finished when I came back. No one was waiting for me, just the monster of a pharmacist. Bet he would never have treated another man that way and definitely would not have gotten away with that shit in front of my husband. I get notifications when the prescription refill is in process and then again when it's time to pick it up. Aside from the pharmacy I have also worked with this location to ship FedEx packages and purchase small Pharmacy convenience items. Everything is well stocked in merchandise and the store is extremely clean. Highly recommend this if you live in Maple Valley.

When I reached the Walgreens, I met with a cashier who advised they didn't carry FedEx envelopes or any FedEx supplies of any kind - they can only accept packages completely ready to ship. She sent me across the street to a mailboxes location who had everything I needed and took my document, packaged it in a FedEx envelope, affixed the shipping label and guaranteed to get it out today - they did. Every month, I worry that some of my most important meds will be out of stock, but their pharmacists know I am going to get them, and they make sure they are on hand. When I transferred all our business over from the Bartells at Redondo, I was afraid that I was losing the best people around. But I was really impressed with how smoothly and efficiently all prescriptions , transferred. For a profession that requires attention to detail, organization, and proper handling of medications, this place consistently fails on every level. Not ONCE since I moved my prescriptions here have they gotten my medication right. They have failed to provide the correct amount, failed to have it ready on time, and somehow continue to call me repeatedly--sometimes more than 7 times a day for a week, each month--without actually knowing what is going on with my prescription. I have gone through multiple medication withdrawals because of their mistakes, including them losing my medication refills, refusing to provide me with the correct count amounts, and failing to properly process information even after my doctor has called in and my insurance paperwork has been provided. The communication is absolutely terrible. Nobody seems to know what is happening, nobody takes responsibility, and I am constantly having to explain the same situation over and over again. I am not someone who normally leaves bad reviews, but at this point, I feel like I would be doing other people a disservice by NOT warning them. If you take medications beyond something like a Zyrtec, please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. And here's the part that makes this even worse: apparently, they can't transfer certain medications either. So once you're here, you can feel completely STUCK--which is exactly where I am now. This pharmacy needs serious intervention. The level of incompetence I have experienced here is unacceptable when people's health and medications are on the line. Do better. Or honestly, shut this place down.
