However going inside to use the service is another thing. It may have been the time frame I went to the store, but when you say express you kinda expect to have a dedicated spot for those transactions. The express lane is in the same spot that they use for all transactions at the pharmacy counter. It's a great thing to have but the implementation needs to be improved upon.

As I begun to walk away, she asked me to put the labels on the packages.. I informed her that I thought it was my receipts, and I was unaware of which label went on each packages. She basically told me that I handed them to you one at a time so you will need to figure it out yourself or call FedEx yourself because I don't work for FedEx. Her attitude was extremely nasty. I walked out the store with my packages to try and figure it out, a FedEx employee was entering the store. He attempted to assist as best he could. But both packages were going to CA and we couldn't distinguish. I went to my car and I texted in one of the return addresses from the label and I managed to figure it out . I returned to the counter and handed her my packages. I asked her for a receipt and she told me I would get an email from FedEx.. I looked at my phone and I thought I received one email. I asked her if I should get a separate receipts. Again, she stated I don't know. I don't work for FedEx. I received one email stating that my package would be returned to Nordstrom's but I did not receive an email stating that my other package was being returned. She definitely was no representation of FedExThe employees that I have come across in the independent FedEx office, their services were impeccable. This person at Walgreens was uncaring unconcern and downright nasty.

So after about 6 calls I finally spoke with someone and now I am awaiting a response ( in up to 2 days)! I urge everyone to avoid this business!!

You have to pull in and then go around to get to the drive through. There is front entrance but it is hard to park in front of the building. This has been the fourth time I've ordered my prescription a…read moreday ahead and have been told that it's still filling after the machine told me that it would be ready after 12p.m. I arrived back around 7 p.m. and was told that it would be ready again around 8 p.m. Returned again, and now it's not going to be ready until tomorrow. This type of experience is making me want to switch pharmacies, because I have never seen a staff so unprofessional, hindering, and understaffed in my life. Looks like the Pascagoula Walmart need to rethink about keeping around most of their current staff, because a lot of them simply just don't care about doing their job.

After spending 5 minutes viewing the menu I decided to go with the hamburger steak dinner. While sitting on the tables which was around 5 tables I decided to look around and observe, They had a tv up playing country music on YouTube and various amounts of drinks and everyday gas station items. Within minutes my food arrived and I was excited! with snapping my pictures I dug in! first instantly I noticed the hamburger patties were precooked but grilled to perfection! The two patties were finely grilled layered over a bed of white rice with brown gravy smothered with grilled onions and green peppers garnished nicely with parsley. The dish was piping hot due to they cook to order. The flavor from the gravy was slightly bland but thats why they offer salt and pepper at each table. The portions was huge and left me filling full and happy. Overall nice hidden gem in Pascagoula where you can pump gas, go to a mini mart, and get some real good home cooked food! Ill be back to check out the others items such as the seafood platters, gumbo, or po-boys!

Demanded a paper receipt but I had the digital receipt and shown bar code. It literally says to "show exit pass to associate at exit." I got sent back to get the receipt and the self checkout associate said he couldn't get it because it's overridden by another customer. Then I had to go to customer service for them to look up my credit card and print out a paper copy...the first staff member even had the audacity to tell me I should get that fixed and just print out a paper receipt. Well with this digital receipt I can always have it for returns and don't have to have piles of paper in a drawer. So no. Thanks Walmart.
