I went to Walgreens to return two packages for two different locations. The employee at the counter, scanned my packages and handed me what I thought were receipts. As I begun to walk away, she asked me to put the labels on the packages.. I informed her that I thought it was my receipts, and I was unaware of which label went on each packages. She basically told me that I handed them to you one at a time so you will need to figure it out yourself or call FedEx yourself because I don't work for FedEx. Her attitude was extremely nasty. I walked out the store with my packages to try and figure it out, a FedEx employee was entering the store. He attempted to assist as best he could. But both packages were going to CA and we couldn't distinguish. I went to my car and I texted in one of the return addresses from the label and I managed to figure it out . I returned to the counter and handed her my packages. I asked her for a receipt and she told me I would get an email from FedEx.. I looked at my phone and I thought I received one email. I asked her if I should get a separate receipts. Again, she stated I don't know. I don't work for FedEx. I received one email stating that my package would be returned to Nordstrom's but I did not receive an email stating that my other package was being returned. She definitely was no representation of FedExThe employees that I have come across in the independent FedEx office, their services were impeccable. This person at Walgreens was uncaring unconcern and downright nasty. read more

I went in to drop off a fed ex package. No one was available to check it in. I see an employee chatting with a vendor and instead of excusing herself to help or say "Someone will be right with you" she seemed more interested in chatting with the vendor. I waited a while, pressed the button for help. She immediately came over said "I'm right here, I'll be a minute" and continued chatting with the vendor. She turned the button off. I'm still standing here waiting and so is the fed ex employee waiting to take the packages. In my opinion, if she has time to come over and turn the button off, she has time to scan in a package for drop off. She finally walked over to the counter and before checking in my package or acknowledging me cleaned the papers off the counter and put away some pens. read more

After getting a call saying my prescription was ready I Come up here... get told it'll be another 30 minutes.. wait 30 minutes then go back up to the counter and get told by another employee " oh it's not ready, it'll be another 30 minutes.," it's literally one antibiotic for a cut, just put that stuff in a bag and let's go..I guess I'll grab some hydrogen peroxide and let the chips fall where they may.. read more

Used the new express service to see how it would work. The use of my phone to pay for my prescription and then save it to Google Pay is a great new thing. However going inside to use the service is another thing. It may have been the time frame I went to the store, but when you say express you kinda expect to have a dedicated spot for those transactions. The express lane is in the same spot that they use for all transactions at the pharmacy counter. It's a great thing to have but the implementation needs to be improved upon. read more

Honestly the pharmacy staff here CONSTANTLY has problems. I've been getting prescriptions filled here for 2 years and it seems every single time there's a problem. They don't have enough in stock, they can't get the safe open and there's no pharmacist on duty, or they take 8 years when there's nobody in the store, or they didn't even try to obtain the proper PA they needed, honestly it's amazing this place is still operating read more

Walgreens in Pascagoula , Ms. Has the most rudest pharmacist I've ever ran across . I'd gotten my prescription filled there 3 times . However last week as I'd gone there to have my prescription filled the pharmacist Jason were very rude and seemed prejudice ... I'd asked him why couldn't I get my prescription filled , his answer was : in his personal opinion he refused to fill it . And that's it . I'm like WOW ! Is that the only reason , he said yeah . So I moved on . I'll never go there again no matter how bad I need a prescription filled . They're so obnoxious , Rude , and a unprofessional , . PERIODT ! This is My Opinion ! They really needs to close it down because it doesn't make any sense to have to wait so long for anyone to have their prescription filled especially if there's no one else in line but you , they can't be that busy , Especially whenever there's no one in line waiting and drive thru has only one car waiting this is absurd . Oh my God these people are beyond incompetent in the pharmacy! 3 months in a row now I've had to call my doctor's office to ask them to call this pharmacy because when they send an escript, Walgreens says they don't have it even a day later! But yet, according to my Dr's nurse, the medication prescription was sent the day before! It's a fight every. single. month. And it's ridiculous. Hire people who know what they're doing because this is beyond aggravating. And you wonder why people come in irritated. I'm switching all my meds to another pharmacy. I'm sick of this. Every time I come here it's hit or miss. Either they have okay service and the employees actually pretend to work and help customers and the other times there is nobody at the register and the staff can't be bothered to assist anyone, of even keep there store presentable. I only go here when I absolutely have to, the pharmacy is horrendous, in fact the only department worth anything is the photo section and I think that's mostly because it's a do it your self area. Sad, really sad. read more
