I love the grocery pick up app! It makes it so easy to just pick up essentials and easier in the budget too. However the last two times I used the app they were out of several items. It would help if they would keep enough inventory for their regular weekly grocery pick up customers. read more

Profiled for stealing. Staff isn't very aware of their own tech at self check out and receipts can be sent to phone if you put it in. Demanded a paper receipt but I had the digital receipt and shown bar code. It literally says to "show exit pass to associate at exit." I got sent back to get the receipt and the self checkout associate said he couldn't get it because it's overridden by another customer. Then I had to go to customer service for them to look up my credit card and print out a paper copy...the first staff member even had the audacity to tell me I should get that fixed and just print out a paper receipt. Well with this digital receipt I can always have it for returns and don't have to have piles of paper in a drawer. So no. Thanks Walmart. read more

Seriously crap service from online. Pickup is extensive wait, they say use a phone number they never give and only provide a link to an app I don't not want. read more

I have never been a fan of Walmart, but living in Pascagoula, I tend to shop at Walmart quite frequently. During my visit today, I was looking for some ring snuggies in the jewelry section and there was an empty box. There was no employee in the jewelry area, so I flagged down the first one I saw to ask if they knew if there were anymore ring snuggies... she told me she had no idea because she didn't work in the jewelry department. I asked her if there was anyone who could help me and she told me she didn't know... so I asked if someone would be working in the jewelry department soon and she again told me she didn't know... that they were probably on break. So basically, she could not help me in anyway. In my opinion, this is completely unacceptable. I finished the rest of my shopping and went back to the jewelry to see if there was anyone there to help me then... still no one. Ridiculous. What if someone were trying to buy jewelry that was locked up? No one to help them either. Really disappointed with this experience and the customer service. read more

I agree with them being out of stock. I have, on more than one occasion, went inside and found THE EXACT item they say they are out of, hmmm. Also, I don't agree with some of the the items they substitute. The item we order is not available so they issue a generic and still charge the original cost, unsatisfactory! I will add that 5 of 6 people I deal with in pick-up have a very positive outlook and are pleasant people, for those, I give 5 stars! read more

Pascagoula has had some serious inventory management problems for years, WELL before Covid-19. And now they have customer service/delivery issues. I had an order over $150 stolen by the delivery driver. Natoria supposedly delivered it, but it was not delivered. The picture showing delivery is of a house nowhere near where I live, and there weren't even any groceries in the picture, just a cracked windshield. Pascagoula walmart wouldn't answer the phone when I tried to report it, and they hung up on corporate walmart and wouldn't answer subsequent calls when they tried to resolve the issue. I just hope thieving delivery drivers aren't used again and are reported to the third-party delivery provider. But who knows since they won't answer the phone. read more

Never had a problem, top notch customer service, fresh food and good apparel for reasonable prices.

This place always has expired foods and meats out on the shelves. I've never bought so many expired items from a store before, it's ridiculous. read more

The store is ok. Usually a bit dirty, under stocked and the employees are really hit and miss. Some are great while most are totally feckless. The eyeglass center is 100% worthless. The employees sit on their tails and play on their phones. They only get up for lunch I guess??? I use this store because it is close but it is worth the longer drive if I really need very much. read more

Terrible service. Waited for someone to come to the sporting goods desk for near about 30minutes. Pushed the assistance button 15 times and had someone page 3 times and still no one came. read more

Shout out to the dumbasses who put the salads together and keep forgetting forks. Job can't possibly be that hard right? I might be wrong. I mean all you do is throw salad in a fucking plastic box along with some dressing and the most important part a fucking fork. read more

I'll start off by saying...it's Walmart and they're NEVER going to be #1. This one, however, is excellent for people watching. You can see every type of person from relatively normal to REALLY strange...except cashiers. In this zoo of humans on exhibit, the cashiers and department workers seem to have become a very endangered species. During their busiest hours, there's maybe 5 registers open. Ridiculous. There's never anyone in sporting goods where the fishing licenses are renewed nor in any other department where you might require assistance. Don't bother trying to ask anyone that works there about anything. The only answer is "I don't know, that's not my area" and that's IF they don't run from you with the speed of a gazelle being chased by a lion. I'm pretty fast. I catch them. That's how I know that nobody in Walmart knows anything about Walmart. The produce is...substandard. Gotta pick through the moldy stuff to get fresh. Lots of expired items on the shelves. The meat quality isn't great but then again...Walmart. This particular store has quite a few empty shelves on a regular basis. It's hit or miss to get what you need because one day it's there. And the next time you go, they no longer carry it or nobody bothered to order more. I try not to come here often but they do have a decent pharmacy. Takes quite a while so that's when I do my people watching. They'd get 5 stars if they put a Starbucks in here so I could sip coffee while I watch the circus in action. I can't reiterate it enough...if you're studying human behavior, you need to come here. I can guarantee you'll make an A in your class. read more

Negative stars. Hands down the worst Walmart in Mississippi. The toy manager is rude, and regardless how much you spend they frisk you like a criminal. read more

Today was my worst time in Walmart before I met a very wonderful lady names Ms. Bonnie in the fabric department. I was standing waiting for about 15 minutes for someone to cut the cloth I was buying no one was around. I saw this lady that worked there walked by and I nicely asked her can she call someone before I could even finish what I was saying she cut me off and said she she get to her area. I at this time thanked her and waited another 20 minutes nothing. She never called. Another older lady with a grey ponytail walked buy before I could ask her she turned her head and walked away faster as I was saying excuse me. She left I ends up having to call Walmart ask can they send someone to the fabric department. The lady on the phone did as soon as I hung up. About less than 5 minutes Ms Bonnie came and was so kind and sweet. Walmart needs more worker like her that care. read more
