This visit was awful. I was ignored, not even greeted at all. I don't want to place this on race, but we are in the deep south. Other customers were being helped and chatted up, I was wandering around the store. I was looked at and still ignored. Sad, but the place has a decent selection and not bad prices. The parking is a little tight, but not horrible.
Ps. Idk of these people were/are racist or not, but don't discount MY experience just because you've never experienced it. Thanks. The point being made is in my 10 minute visit, I was not approached or greeted- instead direct contact was made multiple times without speaking, along with being walked by in the same isle multiple times. Put whatever label or name you want on it, but in the end it was bad customer service...just so happens I was the only POC in the building. read more
