As a transplant surgeon, I evaluate operative performance through a very specific lens--technical…read moreprecision, intraoperative judgment, and respect for the patient. Dr. Neel Patel demonstrated excellence in all three during my own implantation procedures. Dr. Patel handled the pre-operative consultation, surgical procedure and follow-up with empathy and technical skills that was impressive. Post-operative pain was minimal. Dr. Patel called in the evening to follow-up. What stood out most was the team's calm and efficient operative flow. They anticipated steps, communicated clearly with sedation, and managed my surgery with the confidence of someone who understands both the complexity and the stakes of oral surgery. Post implantation assessment was thorough, and their decision making throughout reflected sound clinical judgment. I recommend Dr. Neel Patel and his team without reservation for their skill, professionalism, and commitment to patient care. Rahul M. First, I must tell you that I looked at my appointment time and thought my appointment was at 11:00 am. After, I arrived, I found out my appointment was at 1:00 pm. Let me tell you how nice Dr. Abel was, he saw me at 11: 00. What a hero! Dr. Abel is funny and kind. He explained all of the ins and outs of the procedure. He also went over the different options I had to choose from. I had a panoramic mouth X-ray while I was there and his staff is top notch too. The office is bright and comfortable. It has all of the modern equipment needed to complete your surgery. I haven't had the surgery done yet, but I have every confidence that Dr. Abel is the surgeon to do it.

My experience with Dr. Puterman began a long, long time ago in a galaxy far, far away--before Covid…read morewas a word, let alone a plague. After consulting with a number of specialists, the consensus was clear. Dr. Puterman is the best at what he does in the DMV--and my particular case (don't ask) required the best. I confess, I was skeptical. But a little more than half a decade (and several surgeries later (don't ask), I have a functional mouth again. Not only teeth that work but teeth that look great. Best of all, the pain that tormented me for decades is gone. GONE. Obliterated. Throughout this ordeal, Dr. Puterman stuck by me. And I by him and his extraordinary staff and colleagues. Dr. Puterman was always honest. Always fair. Always honorable. Always kind. And always decent. This is not what I would have expected given the intrinsic challenges of my case and the fickle nature of human biology that doesn't always cooperate with titanium and bone grafts. And yet--here I am--finally some five plus years later. Grateful beyond words for my experience with Dr. Puterman. Don't get me wrong. I won't miss being in his chair for scores of additional hours. I'm a grateful patient. And what makes me especially grateful is that we made it--together. If you desire the best that modern dentistry has to offer, there is no one better--more capable, skillful, and honorable. I could not recommend anyone more highly. Puterman is the best.

The tissue guard placed on the post was rubbing my tongue and causing pain. I asked Dr. Williams to sand it down as the guard was sharp and ragged. I expect that because I still had Novocain in my system I could not fully feel the guard. The attempt to smooth the guard had failed. By Friday afternoon, my tongue was bleeding from the sharp and ragged edge of the guard. Luckily orthodontic wax partially solved the issue. My follow up visit was Wednesday morning. I show up 5 minutes before my appointment time of 9am. At 9:30 am I ask the front desk if I had my appointment time correct. I am then told that the doctor is running and MAY ARRIVE BY 10AM. By that time I would have been sitting there for over an hour. I had other appointments to meet, including one at 10am. You doctors and dentists are not gods. Your patients have a life and a job as well. You cannot allow someone to walk in ON TIME for an appointment and NOT TELL THEM the appointment cannot be met for at least another hour. I was not guaranteed 10am. I was told maybe 10am. This is not acceptable behavior. Now I have wait even longer to have the tissue guard repaired with my tongue continuing to be scratched over and over again.
