Knowing it would likely be the spring when I'm back again we made a special trip to celebrate my nephew's birthday. Cool vibe inside. Lots of black on black, which I like. Music was 80's rock, which I don't like, but appropriate for who was in there. The barkeeps were very good - friendly and made excellent cocktails. My nephew and I had smoked old fashioneds (his first!) and my sister had a margarita. We all agreed they were delicious. I'd very happily come back here! Recommend.

Beautiful bar and cozy seating. The service was amazing, my server was preparing a cocktail with a smoke bubble gun and we were curious about it. She brought it over to show us. Fun cocktails and there is also food on the menu, but we were full from dinner. Definitely recommend if you're in the area.

Naturally I don't drink those so the awesomeness of this little hole-in-the-wall place is wasted on me. That said, Rob, the owner/bartender, is a hoot. It's cash or check only, but don't worry, there's an ATM on-site so you don't have to give him a look of panic when you realize you might not be able to pay for the drink you just ordered. The ambience was friendly (there was a game of darts happening, plus it seemed all the dudes there knew each other or were at least familiar -- I was the only female in the joint), but a bit warm + humid.
