The male made eye contact on a different occasion but refused to answer me until my husband asked the same question again and all he did then was respon with one word. We spent almost $400.00 in the store. The cash register person was sweet and helpful. Im just appalled at how humans treat humans these days.

They were $1,500 over the price we got at Lowe's WITHOUT the extended warrantees, installation or a plug for the stove. They also did not have the model refrigerator or microwave we wanted. They had a more expensive fridge and a low end micro (the only frige and micro they had in that famous brand). Lowe's has a selection of several models in the same brand name. They have lots of other brands and items to choose from, too. This sounds like an ad, LOL. We were also impressed with the Lowe's salesperson's knowledge (Zach). We went back and made sure he got our sale. We know where to shop now, thank you Lowe's. Our only problem was their checkout person did not know how to properly ring up our sale. She could not get the entire order to appear on her register screen and started to give us a hard time about it as if we were mistaken (or lying or crazy, sheesh!). Our salesperson had to come to the front of the store and press a single key on her register in order for it to show our entire order. Nobody's perfect, but be aware of the potential for that because your order is established in the specific department, then you go to the front of the store to have the sale rung up - assert yourself if necessary so you get assurance of what you're buying.

Multiple parties, including the insurance company, are documenting these incidents, with legal action being considered. This furniture store, where I spent approximately $2300 on substandard items, is the worst I've encountered. The owners aggressively push certain furniture pieces, possibly those with defects they are trying to offload. I recommend avoiding this store unless you want to experience similar issues. I have evidence to support my claims, including recordings of conversations that I did inform them I was recording to for legal purposes. They just laughed at me and continued. That person doesn't even know that once I inform him it's being recorded it's legal to use in court. He thinks he above the law probably but we have legal that handles people like this if needed.
