We had been traveling for 13 years so had no furniture, to speak of. We special ordered a bedroom set with a California King bed, two night stands, a dresser and a chest of drawers plus 2 sets of lamps, and an outdoor wicker table with glass top and 4 chairs. We had to special order the California King sized bed because no one carried the one we wanted in that size. Florida Home and Patio were the only ones I called willing to do a special order. Their prices and quality are excellent plus they have really unique items with a Florida vibe. Service is excellent and with a smile! Even the delivery people were excellent and would do anything to make sure the furniture was set up how we liked. The owner even called to see to see if our special order was correct and the delivery was what we expected. Who does that anymore? I highly recommend Florida Home and Patio and I'm sure these will not be the last items we get there. We can't thank Laurie and Joe enough for the excellent job they did!!

When I talked with Kathy about delivering it the next day - she made it happen. I am so thrilled with this piece that I will decorate the rest of the living space around it. The store seems especially curated with vintage mid century modern, rattan, academic, and funky pieces. Might I add that everything is in amazing condition and of solid wood construction. The best part is everything is very reasonably priced. I met one of the owners Alex, and he was nothing short of kind and forthcoming. I will definitely be stopping by in the future to look for more pieces for my home. Do know that the store is only open Thursday through Saturday from 11-3 but they do offer appointments to view the store on other days of the week.

First, it is a store that is totally accessible for wheelchairs, which is a huge deal for me. Second, the minute we got in the store we were overwhelmed by the number of amazing options we saw in the various rooms. The quality is high and the prices are reasonable for what you are getting. So, I tried the chair, the "Stressless" chair and boy is it! it removes all the pressure points where I have pain and it is adjustable when and where I need it to be. The arms of the chair are completely perfect in height and width. For anyone, of course, but with severe joint issues, this is sooo helpful for my whole upper body. The lower part is so adjustable that I am able to be in comfort head to toe and can adjust it all as needed, easily! The chair has a perfect remote that magnets onto the side. Easy install. I highly recommend. I worked with Tom, who was such a perfect sales associate. More associate than sales. I feel like he really listened to my needs and provided several options in different price ranges and then helped us as needed. I felt totally in charge with no pressure, it was really like having someone who knew me and was just there to ensure I got just the right thing. He was so helpful and so encouraging and just great to help us find what would be best for me and not just an agenda for what to sell. I never felt like I was hoping to shop alone. He was practically psychic as to when to pop over and when to let us chat about things. That is what comes with empathy and experience. The perfect combination. On to delivery. Ok, if you want something dropped off, that is not what you get with Gabe and Kyle. They not only delivered the furniture, but they ensured it was placed perfectly, adjusted the rug when it was not centered and Gabe has a real eye for placement and for making an OCD person like me feel like we were on the same team and he was placing things like he would want them, also OCD, lol. Kyle was right there with the heavy lifting and support in making sure things were just right. It felt like designers delivering my furniture. Stayed until I was sure it was perfect because it will stay there forever because I cant moe it. lol Overall, the store, service, delivery, quality and prices get ALLLLL the stars. If I need anything for my home, I will be back and I hope I need more soon. I love everything we got and the whole experience was above and beyond from everyone with whom I dealt. As someone with some disabilities, I never felt for a second like I was different or being talked down to, which can sometimes lessen the experience. My mom/roommate is normal and she agrees with every word of what I said. She was thrilled with this store, the furniture and every person we met from the beginning to the end. Poor quality and NO customer support. In October we purchased 2 Twin XL mattresses to be used…read moretogether on a king size adjustable base. Delivery was delayed as Ashley said they received only one mattress and had to wait for the second. Once delivery was made it became immediately evident that one mattress was thicker than the other. I was tempted to refuse delivery, but was told by their delivery person that these mattresses, which were shipped rolled up in a box, take up to 24 hours to fully expand. Well, "full expansion" never occurred and one mattress remains thicker than the other. Ashley did nothing until we filed a dispute with the finance company. Ultimately, they have sent a technician to the house twice, and have confirmed, on both inspections, that the mattresses are different heights. Ashley insists that they meet specification and will not correct. This leaves one side of a king size bed higher than the other. Our recommendation is to not buy from Ashley as their quality is questionable, and their customer support is non-existent. Should you elect to proceed with a purchase, please inspect thoroughly on delivery and refuse immediately if there are any problems/defects; otherwise getting your purchase corrected will be very difficult, if at all.
