Cleanliness should be a non negotiable standard in a nail salon, especially when it comes to personal care services. On top of that, they require a minimum 18 percent tip, which feels completely unjustified considering the poor quality of the service. The prices are already high, and for such mediocre results and questionable hygiene practices, it simply does not make sense. I will not be coming back. The sugarwax is a lot less painful for me than a regular Brazilian and now I could never go back to regular wax. Nicole does it super quickly, is thorough, and I love how the sugar doesn't leave behind sticky residue. The Aqual Peel Infusion Facial was incredible. It included mask, exfoliation, hydradermabrasion, nano pen, and oxygen infusion. Nicole was very knowledgeable and it was super relaxing. She showed me the sebaceous filaments and dead skin removed in the water afterwards (see photo - gross and cool!).
