When she moved to this little bundle of paradise, I just had to follow her there. Corrine will welcome you and genuinely care about you and your brows! Everyone who asks about my brows, I immediately say Corrine, that's all her ! You definitely will not regret getting your brows waxed by her, if anything you will continue to get them done by Corrine, I can guarantee you! If me having Corrine under "Brow Guru" in my phone doesn't tell you anything , I don't know what will!

I'll be honest... I wouldn't want to see me if I stopped seeing Corrine. She's the best.read more

She makes sure you are happy with her work and feel confident! She is open to feedback, which is so important since they're your brows! Prior to my first appoint I looked and looked for permanent makeup artists that match my style (very subtle and natural) and I found none outside of Shelby. If you are on the fence, just make the appointment and go since you will not be disappointed at all. Plus, she's so great to chat with when working on you! Services I have had: Brows Brow touch up Lash line Lip blushing and touch up When I tell people I've had this done they're shocked at how natural it is. Pain is minimal and she makes sure you are comfortable and is a priority of hers.

I had always been on the fence about permanent makeup, but I had been vaguely interested in getting…read moremy eyebrows microbladed for some time. I spoke to Shelby about it extensively in mid 2018, and she was able to give me honest feedback with the state of my eyebrows / surrounding skin. As this was a facial tattoo, I was a bit on the fence about this procedure, but Shelby was so thorough with the information surrounding the process that I felt comfortable enough to proceed. I ended up getting my eyebrows done by Shelby in late 2018, and while I am writing this review retroactively, the current state of my eyebrows definitely do speak for themselves. Fading is expected with micro blading, and while it has been over 4 years since I had it done, the initial structure that Shelby had formed has stayed strong. As I no longer live in the Davis / Sacramento area, I have thought of getting touched up by other folks over the years, but I feel that I may not be able to get the same care and attention (and confidence!) as I did from her work. I plan on making my way up to the Sacramento area soon to get a touch up on the brows and getting my lips blushed - and I trust no one other than Shelby to do a fab job on it! If you are on the fence about getting your eyebrows microbladed, I seriously cannot recommend anyone more. Like lots of other folks, I've read loads of horror stories about botched brows and the like, but proceeding with a talented practitioner such as Shelby seems like the best way to have results you love.

I am writing to share my recent experience at your business, and unfortunately, I must inform you…read morethat I will not be returning. During my visit on May 2nd, I found the atmosphere to be quite unwelcoming. While I was interested in your selection of purses, I was startled by the approach of the individual who appeared to be the owner. I was particularly disappointed to observe a stark difference in treatment and customer service tone between myself and other customers. I was greeted with an accusatory "Can I help you with something?" which felt very different from the warm energy extended to others in the shop. As a person of color, I found the environment to be uncomfortable and felt as though my presence was not welcome. While I was very satisfied with the quality of the threading service--which I found to be quite legitimate--the overall experience at this location was deeply off-putting. I hope you take this feedback into consideration to ensure all customers feel respected and valued in the future.

This boutique is located across from the dessert diner, so I could definitely see parking being an issue on a nice downtown afternoon. The threading station is located inside of a boutique store, so it could easily be missed. I didnt have an appointment, but I waited maybe 10 mins, since she was working on a client right before me. Overall great experience and it was a joy to have only paid 10 dollars for some fresh eyebrows. I was able to pay with card. But I definitely want to bring cash next time!

Whoever the new lady was, MADE IT SHORTER FROM THE INSIDE TO THE MIDDLE! I left so upset. I had my graduation photos this weekend 5/1/2026 and was last minute so I decided to give it another try. Walk in, SAME LADY! I'm big on benefit of the doubt and was thinking, "Okay, maybe she misheard me last time" so I gave her a second chance. I told her, "JUST A CLEAN UP PLEASE! I have a photoshoot." She did what I asked and will say she redeemed herself. However, I will say that she did go to rough that I have some little scabs -- I'm not sensitive so it's no biggy for me but I mean, just something to not. I'll be honest, I'll go back IF I AM ABSOLUTELY DESPERATE. Otherwise, I'm going to have to find another place because the new staff member they have, makes me a bit weary.
