I has taken me almost 2 years to get information on my application. The academic advisors are poor and just forward emails and don't follow-up. My FIU email never worked and the IT department could not figure it out. I have raised a formal complaint with FIU to try and get someone to respond. The program does not have very good ratings and now I understand why, its the poor quality staff. I put alot of creativity into my application and was so excited. I'm in enrolled in the medical assistant course and so far everything has been great. You receive a chromebook when you enroll which was great. Their very technology based as the course is blended meaning half online and half on campus. The teaches and staff are all very nice and welcoming. On top of everything their tuition is cheaper then alot of the other schools that a looked in too. They really help with loans and a easy financial aid set up. I'm really happy with joining this school and look forward to my future endeavors.

I had a very disappointing experience with Chamberlain University's clinical process. The school uses multiple disjointed systems, so I had to fax paperwork repeatedly. This made no sense since they could access my vaccination records directly in their system (Complio). And in 2026, relying on fax machines is completely outdated. Additionally, the immersion labs were poorly scheduled. They forced everyone to travel to Chicago during one of the busiest weekends in the U.S. for soccer, rather than using the available site in Florida. This felt like a blatant money grab, and the school didn't seem to care about students' financial or logistical burden. Overall, the clinical process was inefficient, outdated, and felt more like a profit-driven system than a supportive educational process. I hope the school modernizes its approach soon.

I was advised to take the Wonderlic and HESI tests to apply for the dental hygiene program, then immediately charged $100 once I passed, just for the application. They also insisted I pay $10 to have my transcripts sent through their system. When I mentioned I had most of the required pre-requisite courses because I already have a bachelor's degree, Aileen never told me that credits older than five years wouldn't count. This didn't make sense to me, especially since I hold a college degree. As a result, I would have to pay $80,000 for the entire dental hygiene program--money that I could've saved had I been given the right information upfront. The whole process felt disorganized, and I spent so much time studying for the HESI test unnecessarily. After I realized the program was going to cost so much more than expected, I requested a refund for the $100 application fee. Aileen ignored my calls and emails, but when she wanted my money, she was always quick to respond. I eventually had to track down someone else to get my refund. This school cares more about collecting fees than actually supporting students. I would strongly advise staying away from this place. There are much better, more transparent options out there.
