I stopped by this place to get my face fully threaded and saw that it was $35, which is a pretty decent pricing for a full face. The staff said throw in the neck for an extra $5 so I went for it since I had some fuzz on my neck to get the whole package for $40. There was no one when I got there and the staff was just a lady. She started to thread without talking and that was what I like, not much chit chat especially when it comes to threading. For some reason this time, it was very painful. She did a great job at removing all the hair and side burns. She announced that she was done and I checked myself in the mirror and noticed there were some hairs by the outer side of the eyes and I told her to retouch and extract. She quickly went to retouch and also trim my eyebrows. Pretty superb job and left my face in pain with red blotches everywhere. She ended up patting her face with aloe Vera to soothe the swelling. After the job was done, I paid the service with a credit card and paid 20% tips for the service. read more

Was pleasantly surprised by the cost of this brow studio, I paid $32, including tip, to thread my brows, lip, and wax my under arms. In my home city, under arms alone ranges $20-35+. I have no complaints about the under arm waxing. The threading was slightly on the more painful side, I think it is because of the thread that they use and not necessarily the brow artist. I don't think they're using threading string but regular string instead, which is cheaper and less gentle. There was no one when I walked in on a Monday afternoon. Brow artist was kind but there was no extra frills or small talk, which is perfectly fine by me. They had a tap to pay system, so I used apple pay. I absolutely loved my eyebrows; I'm a regular here; I had them tinted and threaded by the lovely Pinky! Always want to come back as she was great and gave me hair tips since I explained my keratin damaged hair. Pinky was knowledgeable and did a wonderful job! Happy customer! read more

They are good at doing eyebrows but the customer service is probably the worst I've ever seen. They supposedly open at 9.30, but it's 9.47 right now, and I was told to come back in the evening or after an hour. And this is not the first time this has happened. I cannot come later today, so I asked if I could wait inside since the weather is really cold out, and I was told NO. And to top that, I was just told that I can go to another shop while I was waiting out in the cold. I'm speechless. I really like this place. Every time I go my eyebrows turn out great, they are so quick by efficient, and prices are competitive. The place is right next to a PATH/ Subway stop which makes it easy for me to get here when I'm in Manhattan. Whenever I get my eyebrows done here they turn out perfect no matter who's doing them. The women working here are also nice which makes it a more pleasant experience. I never set an appointment to come but I also never have had to wait to get service here. They take all of about 5-10 min to take care of my brows. They not only thread but also will tweeze and cut until you have to perfect brows. Definitely recommend. read more

I actually really like this place- it is pretty close to work, and not too inconvenient to get to. They ladies here do a pretty good job with eyebrow threading- they are able to maintain a good shape. The first person I went to actually nicked me the first time, but the shape was so good that I decided to try again. The second time, I had more things done and no scars or burns or cuts. So that was a win. Good price. Never a long line to get threading done like some of the other places that I have been to. Would recommend. The only major con about this place is that every time I go there, I feel like it smells strongly of urine. Maybe their bathroom needs to be fixed, or they just need air freshener. If they are reading this- please fix this. It would make the place so much more pleasant! You're not in there for a long time, so thankfully my sense of smell fatigues and it doesn't bother me for longer than 2-4 minutes, and I'm on my way after 10 minutes. read more

Nope - not ever going back. I went once before and my brows were fine. Yesterday, I walked in with thick (and admittedly overgrown) brows and walked out with brows that were way too thin for my face. Not only that, but my brows are no longer centered on my face. One starts where it should and the other is a full pinky width too far over. "Fixing it" would mean making over-threading the eyebrow that starts in the correct place. Today I colored in my brows to make them thicker and start where they're supposed to. I realize it's hair and it will grow back, but not ever going back. read more

Love this place. Convenient location near Union Square...Very clean and calm atmosphere. Every time I've ever been here for an eyebrow threading I have been in and out within minutes. I walk in, they tell me to take a seat, take care of my eyebrows... I pay $8 + tip and I'm on my way. The ladies here tell you about all of their services and how to save $$ on certain services, but it's simply information, they don't push you or make you feel bad for declining. They also have a membership program where after x-amount of visits you get a free threading/ wax/ etc. I would recommend to friends. I hadn't gotten my eyebrows done for a couple weeks -- and I was walking around looking like a cavewoman. I decided to go to this place since it was pretty close to my work. I decided on this place and come into the salon as a walk-in for their eyebrow threading services. As soon as I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised at how nice & clean the salon looked (and it smells like the most glorious incense!). My threader was not only super nice, but SUPER efficient. She was fast -- and I noticed she transformed my eyebrows that were originally sloppy & rife with strays to sleek and nicely arched. I'll def. be coming back to this place -- these ladies are the real deal. A lot of other places claim they do threading -- but instead of plucking the hair out by the follicle, they clip the hair with the thread -- so you don't see the hair shaft, but the root is still there. These ladies make sure to do a great job, and moreover, they make sure that the hair is properly removed. Love this spot! read more

I didn't get a chance to ask for her name but wow this was my first time here and will definitely not be my last! My eyebrows grow very weird and it's so hard to maintain. I had been growing them for 3 months and was so scared to get them done after what happened with my last eyebrow Appointment. I used to get them done at Anastasia Beverly Hills and after one of the workers took too much off I stopped going back. Got my brows threaded last week Friday. The lady who did my eyebrows did an amazing job! However my friend got her eyebrows tinted and she has supersensitive skin. Causing her to end up with a really bad allergic reaction. I do not recommend anyone with sensitive skin to get their eyebrows tinted. Because when you ask them what is inside the products they don't give you a definitive answer. So you could be getting your eyebrows tinted with tar,bird s**t and charcoal. Her eyebrows started to burn a little bit while we were there. She didn't really notice anything on till the following day. By Sunday she ended up in the emergency room with her "Eyes Wide Shut" (literally no exaggeration) read more

They're naturally thick however a little uneven and I asked her to keep them thick but even them out. She did a wonderful job and it was relatively painless with very little redness afterwards.
