OK it is a little tough to get into the lot and once you do parking can be a bear. The staff is very nice and got me in quickly. They proceeded to put some sanitizer on my hands for holding my brows, which I appreciated, And went to work. I do not enjoy the treading pain no matter where I get it done but this seemed to be worse than normal. I was in a hurry to leave so when she was finished I took a quick glance at her work and headed out. I wish i had taken longer because there was so much clean up that i had to do at home that I asked her to do when I got there. I didn't have any issues with my skin after(maybe because she didn't actually do anything) so that and the nice staff are why it did not get just one star. I've only been here a couple times. The first time Dipti (spelling?) did my eyebrows. She was very sweet and did my brows perfectly. I asked her to just get the strays and to keep the thickness.. she did! The second time I got Dipti again (not by request). I was happy with this because she did them great the first time. Second time was a charm again! Third time I requested Dipti because I knew she would do great.. guess what? She nailed it again. The woman at the front desk is very kind as well. I haven't been to any of the other ladies, but judging by the customers who leave the shop.. they're pretty good too! All in all, I suggest requesting Dipti. she's the best and does exactly what you tell her. I've also never waited more than 5 minutes to get serviced, and Dipti takes literally 3 minutes for eyebrows. She's the best. read more

Gita = brow saver = AWESOME!!!! She takes her time to explain your brows and recommends the shape that would best fit your face. Very detailed. She will give her advisement, but in the end if you want something else, she will do her best with what you want. Always make an appointment! One time I did not and it was a 30+ min wait (luckily... It could have been longer). Her appts book up, especially on Saturdays. I call the same day or the day before for weeknight appts and a day or two before for Saturdays. Oh and the stamp cards are a bonus too (loyalty cards with 10 squares: on the 5th visit $3 off, then on the 10th visit it is $6 off). OHHH and the 15-30 second brow and temple massage is another bonus!! I live on border of LA county and north OC county and work in LA. She is worth the trip to Fullerton. read more

Tip: make an appointment even if you're coming in pretty soon otherwise you'll end up waiting for other walk-ins or other last minute appointments. Getting into the small plaza is a little tricky. If brow mantra is going to be on your right-hand it's right after the freeway and right before the DSW? Shoe store. I absolutely love this place. The staff is very friendly and the place is clean and the AC is always on. I've had my brows threaded by several of the ladies but have now committed only to VINA who is only there Friday and Saturday. I don't even live in Orange County and travel so far because the results are so consistent. No appointment is needed but I'd recommend one if you are on a time crunch because you can never predict if it will be super busy. read more

So today was my first time here. When I first walked in I was a bit disappointed on the interior design. I moved to Anaheim from Tustin & I guess I'm used to my old thready place; water fountain, chandelier, flowers, gorgeous vanities, expensive looking black leather recliners BUT the reviews made me feel at ease. I waited for about 10 minutes. I got my eyebrows/lip threaded by Mary. She was fast which had me worried the entire time. I kept wondering if she was even being careful not to ruin my eyebrows but my eyebrows actually look nice. She was also fast on my upper lip (ouch!) but at least it wasn't a long dreadful thread. Mary did have a heavy-hand; the entire threading experience felt heavy with pressure. I wasn't a fan of that. Overall, my brows look nice, I can't complain. The place looked clean at first but the floor was filthy. I took my 4 year old son with me & the receptionist was so nice to him. She gave him a 3 piece car set & he was thrilled! Of course being a boy, he opened them right away & started playing on the floor. Once I was ready to go I got a glance of his hands & they was black!!! Besides the floor everything looked clean. I'll come back here for sure but if I happen to be in Tustin I think I rather go to my old spot...I am used to it too, I've been going there for 10 years, so maybe that's why I felt disappointed about the interior design. read more

I absolutely LOVE this Brow Mantra location! I am very loyal and always come in to see JEENA. Jeena brought my terrible, uneven, super thin eyebrows back to life (I made sure to leave a review for the threading place that did this to my then almost-perfect eyebrows). I thought there was no hope in getting them to look normal again without having to grow out furbys for eyebrows over the course of a month or two but with Jeena's help, I was able to look well groomed while repairing the damage that someone else caused. I have been a loyal customer ever since. My mom saw the difference and she's also one of Jeena's customers now (she wont go to anyone else!). I enjoyed it, I hadn't done my eyebrows in about 2 months :/ EMBARRASSING, so you better believe I was in that door as soon as I got off the plane! I walked in & the receptionist was pleasant, they had just opened so I was the only customer in there. I asked for Gita because all the other reviews said how great she was, BUT she was actually running late. So I just went with the girl that was there. I believe her name is Gina? She was great though, just what I needed. If you haven't been there before it's right off the freeway so be careful because you might miss the driveway, it's pretty small. Luckily I was staying in the hotel right across the street :) All in all, a great experience. If I'm ever in Fullerton again I'll definitely go back! read more

LOVE this spot been coming here since it opened. I moved to Costa mesa and drive to Fullerton JUST to get them DONE! I have been going with Geena and she does a great job! Love the little message that she does after she threads my eyebrows! I used to go to Zibas in Costa Mesa. Now I drive to this spot! Geena is the BEST! Love that its clean and friendly! I love threading. The only problem is I have to let it grow out a bit before going back, but not as much as waxing. Brow Mantra is a bit inconsistent as far as the individual threaders go (I rarely go to the same person for any beauty treatments as I like to try everyone before I decide and unfortunately, "my" salons have a habit of closing on me every few years for some reason and I am stuck looking for new people. I guess I'm the black widow for salons?!), but even a "bad" bad thread job is very high quality compared to waxing, and the shaping is always superb. Minus one star for: the bad parking situation - tightly cramped, crowded and high traffic lot. inconsistency between threaders - I am the type of person that will see whomever is available on a walk-in, so this may not apply to you. Right now my brows are slightly on the thin side. I did not specifically ask for fuller brows, but I never had to in the past. Other notes: This review is only for threading services. I went in for full face waxing once and was advised to wait until the next session for various reasons, and I appreciate the honesty in assessing my particular situation. LOVE the face massage after threading. After the session you are handed a mirror for inspection and I usually have to point out spots that need more work, but they attend to it without batting an eye. I would just appreciate finished work before I inspect. read more

I haven't had my eyebrows threaded in such a long time. I tend to prefer waxing but I love the way threading tends to give a more defined shape to brows and I've heard it last much longer than waxing. I was pleasantly surprised with my end results. The lady who was doing the threading was very sweet and did an amazing job. I am definitely a believer in threading again and will be back soon! I have been coming here for 8 years. And it just dawned on me that I've never written a review. I love this place, and I will never cheat on my eyebrow girl. Sara!! Sara is THE best, I have atleast 6 friends that I have recommended that now use her regularly. She is nice, quick and my brows are ALWAYS on point. I've had my brows and full face threaded, along with, bikini wax, henna and face mask services from Sara. I have had services from the other girls, Gina, Mary they are also great. I highly recommend this place to anyone! Clean, friendly, and fantastic results! Pro tip: If you have a little extra time, do the mud mask!
