She's knowledgeable, doesn't take shortcuts, and she runs an honest business. She is meticulous in ensuring her client's lashes look like how they want and last a long time. She asked many questions my first couple sessions to make my lashes personalized to my preferences, anatomy and even my skin type, which I really appreciated (she doesn't do one-size-fits-all). Her salon is always cute and clean, and it's just you two in there (as opposed to multiple other techs and clients) which makes the vibe more relaxed. She's also very kind and easy to talk to (or she doesn't mind if I want to be quiet lol). You can tell she genuinely enjoys making people look/feel beautiful, and she excels at it. I've had a few different lash techs before her and I will NEVER go anywhere else. Would recommend Rocci / Beauty Marks to anyone I know
