It started off fine, although the phone kept ringing and Sina kept answering, that doesn't bother me so much as I used to live in NYC and places there tend to be loud. What was horrible was the constant pulling on my lashes throughout the process and as the appointment went on it got worse and worse until she literally RIPPED off the tape from my under eyes ripping off lashes with it.
