But she bragged about how she does both eyes at the same time and how fast and luxuriously long her lash jobs are. When I told her the previous lash jobs I've had usually take way longer she said "Baby girl that means they didn't know what they were doin. . . " Very unprofessional, to respond to a bad review in such a way, I have to also question whether she is even licensed since she's doing business from her boyfriend's apartment.

First off, if she is running a business out of her home, that should be noted. Secondly, no response and no exact address is extremely unprofessional. I got a babysitter for this and am extremely disappointed and frustrated. Never again would I attempt to see her, nor recommend her to anyone. Ridiculous!! Update. Finally received a response 5 hours later. It was a very rude response saying she did not appreciate my bad review. No apology and she said i was disrespectful for showing up(!!!). She said she didn't confirm my appointment (?) she told me the available times for Tuesday and I told her I wanted the 10am slot. 5 days prior!!! She also said there is no appointment without a deposit. This was not stated to me at all and not all businesses are ran this way. I have gone to many appointments without putting a deposit down first. She probably should have mentioned that first. Rude rude rude. When a potential client takes time out of their day and even gets a babysitter, a good business owner should acknowledge that instead of placing blame and being defensive.
