First off, if she is running a business out of her home, that should be noted. Secondly, no response and no exact address is extremely unprofessional. I got a babysitter for this and am extremely disappointed and frustrated. Never again would I attempt to see her, nor recommend her to anyone. Ridiculous!! Update. Finally received a response 5 hours later. It was a very rude response saying she did not appreciate my bad review. No apology and she said i was disrespectful for showing up(!!!). She said she didn't confirm my appointment (?) she told me the available times for Tuesday and I told her I wanted the 10am slot. 5 days prior!!! She also said there is no appointment without a deposit. This was not stated to me at all and not all businesses are ran this way. I have gone to many appointments without putting a deposit down first. She probably should have mentioned that first. Rude rude rude. When a potential client takes time out of their day and even gets a babysitter, a good business owner should acknowledge that instead of placing blame and being defensive.

Back story of my lash journey: It can be very hard to find your Go-To lash tech, I've jumped from…read moretech to tech looking for the one... For the last two years I have been going to one person which I love her and style of sets however I have noticed her getting messy with my sets, causing issues like two many of my real lashes attached to one lash extension and that is extremely damaging. I gave her a few opportunities to correct this issue but nothing has changed. So it was time for me to look for a new lash tech.... So the search began! Yelp and Instagram are how I find everything, food, bars, nail techs, lash techs, hair stylists, everything and all things! I was browsing on Instagram and found Sha that way, I LOVED her style of lashes and immediately booked an appointment in 2 days (thank god she had availability!!) she was very easy to get a hold of via DM on Instagram! I explained to her my lash history and she was stunned and said no matter what she will take good care of my lashes. This girl prepped and primed my lashes, she has an entire process that I've never experienced but I so greatly appreciated! From the stickies I had from my previous tech, I had quite a few gaps that were noticeable and I told Sha work with what you can I understand it may not look perfect... GIRL, she made them look full and beautiful!! I can't believe she was able to hide the gaps I had! I am so grateful I found Sha, she was super sweet, personable, easy to talk to and her space was GORGEOUS! Thank you Sha for making me feel like a baddie again!
