Throughout the service, I felt she was touching areas incorrectly compared to other specialists I've had in the past. When the service was finished, there was still visible hair, and she acted as if she didn't notice it. When I pointed it out, she asked if I wanted to lie back down and said she didn't want to hurt me, which I declined. During the B-strip portion, she told me to roll toward the wall and open a butt cheek. I was taken aback by this and expressed my discomfort. At one point, she also burned me with hot wax and did not respond with any sense of urgency. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable and disappointing, especially given how positive my past visits have been at this location. While the specialist was polite, it was clear she was distracted.
