Since I'm a massage therapist I recognize quality of touch. Nancy touched my feet like they were the most precious new born baby! Lol she was so caring, gentle and professional. She did a great job on my regular pedicure; she has a feather touch and is very thorough. No spaces between the paint and the cuticle! That paint goes all the way to the cuticle and looks clean! Her technique is pro! I liked that they had Deal or No Deal on the TV, and I enjoy the organic, botanical theme of the spa. It was very clean and I love the gem sparkly foot bath bowls. Gotta give a big shout out to the best massage therapist Michelle. After just a couple visits with her, she knew exactly what I needed and always recommends to-do's in between visits. Had a redness facial and a hot stone massage today. I was there about 8 minutes before my first…read moretreatment. There was 1 person at the receptionist desk checking out two difficult people. So because they didn't know I was ready and waiting, the esthetician came and got me, walked me to the locker room, didn't know how to work the lockers. Then I asked for a larger robe as the one they have, most spas have don't fit my tits. She said sure let me go check the mens sizes. WTF? Who says that to a female customer? Then she says just come in the facial room because your facial has already started. Just put this on, again one size fits all didn't fit around my toys, and actually popped open while we were in session. Then she rushed me through the session, didn't tell me a single product she was using the entire time. Then I was literally rushed into my massage, which was good. However she never even introduced herself. There wasn't time. Then when the massage was over you know how they're usually like ok, get up take your time. This lady laid my robe over my stomach and said get up slowly but your massage is over. Rushing me out. I've never had such bad experiences at Sawa. I've been going there off and on for 10 years. It's definitely changed since Covid. After your treatment they would walk you to a sitting area, remind you there's a hot tub to us, ask what kind of drink you want and bring you a plate of fruit and snacks. There was also granola and like chocolate covered raisin or something on the bar area where you could grab a little snack. Not anymore. They were clearly understaffed as well. I used a gift card this time, but paid each 15% tip out my own pocket. I think I'll wait awhile before coming back here
